AllGreen (buying trending is round the corner)
%R turning back up. Stochastic looks like bottoming and turning back up. MACD turning flat and RSI turning up. All these are signs that AG is making a comeback.

Till today the fabrication contracts now amount to Rmb121.8m.

Sometime back, Midas Holdings announced that its subsidiary Jilin Midas Aluminium Industries secured its third downstream fabrication contract (worth Rmb48m) for the provision of fabrication and welding services for large component panels used in metro train trains. The contract is being awarded by repeat customer Changchun Railway Vehicles and is expected to be earnings accretive in 2H09 and 2010.

The third contract is relatively small and amounts to around 3.4% of Midas’ total order book at c. Rmb1.4b. Given that we have already factored in additional contract wins for Midas’ downstream business up till 2010 in our previous report, there will be no changes to our top and bottomline forecasts.

Recommendation. Maintain BUY with price target of S$1.04 assuming it trades up to 18.8x FY09/10 blended P/E. Our target P/E is being derived from applying a 35% discount to its Shanghai listed peers on the basis that the P/E of the Singapore market is presently trading at a similar discount to the Shanghai Composite Index.

Expect more Contract to come from PRC:

Mida had earlier secure two contracts that represents the single largest project order secured by the company to-date.

The first contract, worth about US$44.8 million, was awarded by CNR Changchun Railway Vehicles Co. The second deal, valued at some US$43.5 million, was signed with CNR Tangshan Railway Vehicles Co.

Midas says the two contracts are expected to be fulfilled from the second half of 2009 to 2011, which will have a positive impact on the company's financial results in the coming three years.

Going forward, Midas says it is confident that it will be able to ride on the strong industry prospects to achieve its next phase of growth.

This is mainly due to the Chinese government's US$585.2 billion stimulus package, which has a key focus on rail infrastructure development.

Midas is a leading manufacturer of aluminium alloy extrusion products, primarily for the rail transportation sector in China.
