Dear Mayying and Terencefok,

One thing for sure I know. In stock investing, we are buying the future and do not stop our vision to the past data (common mistake I suppose). Take for example, Yongnam ever hit Sgd. 0.025 and rebounded within one year plus to the highest of Sgd. 0.50 just because its business era and scenario changing and turned around. However, KXD will be next to follow suit!!! Ha...ha...ha...

Dear Virgoan,

I do not think, I am the right person to ask for. My answer will not be objective since I hold KXD shares in my stock portfolio. However, I have full of confidences towards this company of reaching >Sgd. 0.18 in mid term and should be above Sgd. 0.38 in the longer term. Personally, I 'll hold these shares till it reaches >Sgd. 0.26. (Caveat Emptor). It is said that Beijing Olympic game will bring some business fortune to KXD products.

I wonder why you like to act as a bad news loud speaker by opening so many forums topics and keep spreading exaggerated groundless bad news??? Is any thing behind your intention??? Again, what will benefit you by doing so??? I think market has a way to digest any good or bad news by itself without your speakers! Are you trying to scare all investors than you feel happy???

Oh yes, with a positive sentiment and volume made at above 10.5 mill shares at Sgd. 0.035, I have every confidence to raise my immediate target to Sgd. 0.06 in the near term! (Caveat Emptor).

Fortunately, every Government concerned has taken prudent measures offsetting or avoiding suck risks in order to restore still on going globalization economic sustainable growth path, though somehow in a few months before the negative distorted news might have effected to global capital market performance. However, the market will restore confidence soon, the negative impact due to the risks mentioned below will subside and solve within this month.

Thanks be to God. Eventually, market realise that KXD at Sgd. 0.03 would be overshooted under value stocks. It would easilly recover its real value in near term regardless of any general market movement!

As every body knows, since conversion amount is flexible and fluctuation all the time, subcribe by PCIML, so I won't be able to give you definite answer. However, taking maximum PCIML may only subcribe 265,695,900 shares and assuming the conversion price stable at present level, it comes to a limit of exercising up to tranche 3 to tranche 4 only (the most) by iteration method you may eventually find the answer though again it is not definite, back to the above reason.

Interestingly, It is said that QDII fund will surprise all global fund managers by accumulating overseas Penny, 3rd liner before jumping into 2nd liner and blue-chip of all Sgx. China related counters. Their reason is simple and popular now i.e. encouraging and promoting its economic policy " Ben Shiou Kang"!!!

It seems some one/group using matching with about 500 lots in order to penetrade the wall, and later set the closing price to make their notes-issue conversion. So we must stop them to do so! I just wonder. Is that SGX allow this kind of unethical trading act???

GOOD NEWS........ I am glad to justify long awaited final evaluation about KXD's share price properties as follows:

1. At Sgd. 0.030, it is an ordinary support (Plywood board).

2. At Sgd. 0.025, it is a strong support (Brick wall)

3. At Sgd. 0.020, it is an extra-ordinary support (Concrete bunker).
