If I am correct even if they
Manage to sell the land..... Thier NAV may not even be positive ......
1) total assets - 278,527,000
2) total liabilities - 385,241,000
3) they need to pay 24,000,000 within 1 year.
4) they loss 7,685,000 last qtr

Lets say even they manage to built the shoebox they can only recover 95million dollar ..... Which is still negative NAV
........
They are losing millions monthly shoe box project called off as of now..... Rumours are speculating that new deals are coming ...... Given the current economy ..... I strongly feel that TT int is going down ...... Soon ...... Beware ...... This coy is worthless ...... And it's trading at a premium of 12 cents ?? It's crazy ...... Do not touch .....

This problem is similar to Europe crisis ..... :) u likely to leave ur Grp in the end ..... But of course EU is more complicated .... If just friendship germany would have say good bye euro ......

QE2 - stock prices HOOT Up 30%

Oh yea.... Just to let u guys know ... I Have let go everything (SG blue chip) since morning ...... Really waste of time this

Month of July and burn my money ..... Stupid apple ..... Want to make 5%-10% also cannot ......

But I still have quite but in penny ..... Penny still ok ..... I am out of blue chip ....

Thanx guys for ur concern.... Fortunately ..... Apple rebounded on Friday ..... So losses is now management ..... But Still a big hole but ok ..... Knnn ..... Singapore market still easiler to play compared to US ...... Btw Anyone wanna buy condo at bishan ?

The last big loss I have is last aug .... Lots of things to settle ATM will not be around for a while .... Good luck guys .....
