Bro, I bought Innopac leh! The risk is there but I think not so risky since the shares left only 3+ cts and recent low is today at 31 cts. I think the restriction will be lifted before the trading of rights. Have you seen rights shares start trading but the mother shares still under restriction?.....A bit funny if that's the case because the rights shares may have to be restricted also... lol.

Sis Luna, based on what I know, designated status has these 2 conditions - which is cash upfront and no selling till securities are credited into CDP account. Once the designated status has been lifted, then the authorities will come out and clarify if both of these conditions remain.
