YHM is in the process of forming a jv to own the semi, which will be upgraded and refurbished. The rig is expected to be deployed in the Andaman Sea between end 2013 and early 2014.

EZion did it  very successfully. YHM  will follow big bro foot step. A big name solid partner will put YHM into higher profile.

What is 10c??, merely another 38% increases which any BBs mkt players can do it in one to two days trading. If mkt players like this idea n hoot huat tua.

YHM sure would like to see itself going 10c. Think it is possible.

x 0 		Ezion will end up with a 44.1% stake in the enlarged YHM. Ezion will also acquire the option to subscribe to a further 3.96 billion new shares in YHM at 0.18 cent each. In addition, YHM will be issuing options for a further 590 million new shares on the same terms to Sunshine Capital and Woo Peng Kong, a businessman with over 30 years of experience in the offshore sector, who was introduced to YHM by Ezion.
Ezion plans to steer YHM into offshore oil-and-gas-related businesses. These will be "complementary to but not in competition with the existing business of Ezion", according to YHM's filings on SGXNet.

Another +ve news from jack-up rigs  business. FEG. Falcon Energy Group (Falcon)

It recently carried out some share buy-back activities and absorbed back approximately 2m shares (at an average daily price of between 34.8c n 37.2c) from the open market this mth.  It signal from the mgt that Falcon?s current share price is not justified.
The move may be partially explained by the recent sale of its two 45.5% owned Gusto MSC CJ46-X100 jack-up rigs at an estimated price of US$225m each last month.

ASIAPHOS Limited, a Singapore-based explorer and miner of phosphate in China, hopes to raise about $24.4 million in an initial public offering (IPO) on the Catalist board.

It is offering 122 million shares, comprising 97.6 million new shares and 24.4 million vendor shares, at 25 cents each, chief executive Ong Hian Eng said at a briefing yesterday.

The company, which started almost two decades ago as a producer of phosphate-based chemical products in Sichuan province, China, owns exploration and mining rights to two mines with a total permit area of 5.5 square kilometres.

YHM@0.100 cts  is  worth to a  billion dollar company  soon, I'm sure BBs will make sure it does, then perhap to two-three billion or more.

If it open 8c or even 8.8c. I'll tempt to sell, likely I will  fight off this temptation. Last closed of@0.072, (at 8.8c - %premium is less then IPCO) 

Just look at IPCO performance (2.07 bil ++  shr changed hands, up +29.4% to 0.044c)

Hi, may i check if there is any news on the pending announcements by ezion and yhm? :o so far nothing yet. also, the bid price now is 0.079 despite no trading today, up from the closing of 0.072 yesterday... could anyone help explain? sorry haha kinda new at all these intricate details :( only know how to buy and sell haha

Placement to deep pocket god father of shares trading will surely surge YHM to new height. (Ezion own 80% of YHM)

One billion dollars business going two, three billions worth. Maybe more.
