There's something u are not seeing here..

I hinted on projects in the pipeline..(which I won't disclose but its easily told in the recent news rgding telcos moving off shore.)

of course everything is a bet..

be very careful with this counter. They are very good with " QE" and burning cash....

over the past years, they have repeated these many time and are very good at it. Volume can just disappear overnight. Just dont be the last one carry the baby....

If someone orders a short in the morning without ticking, and then cover later in the day,

is it possible for SGX to come after him with a fine? Technically, it should be marked.

Most brokerages have stated that all short selling need to " tick" the checkbox " short selling"

However if you have not mark it as a short sale... and you execute the short sale.. you will need to tell your broker. (at least its a requirement)

But then I have not heard of anyone getting fine for not marking as a short sale.. they only get fine if they never cover on the same day
