been CFD shorting a few stocks like Indoagri,Kep Corp and my all time favourite put warrants...

the trick to manage this bear is to make loads of $$$$ so that u can dump it into good blue chips and wait for them to explode in value when the onset of the bull market comes..

for those flamers of my infamous put warrants..wonder who's laughin now..

Rally of yesterday and rally of this morning already factor in all the good news especially the FED rate cut issues. It is time to buy PW now..... DJ future still in RED now.... do not expect any big rally to happen tomorrow.... watch out buddies....

Consumer confidence at all-time low

A business research group reports its index of confidence plunges to its lowest level in four decades.

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- A key measure of consumer confidence fell to an all-time low in October as the financial crisis weighed on American household budgets.

The Conference Board, a New York-based business research group, said Tuesday that its Consumer Confidence Index plummeted to 38 in October from an upwardly revised reading of 61.4 in September.

Last month's decline brings the index to its lowest level since its inception in 1967.

i have been telling the forum abt SPC business..ever since it was @ $8..tat it was a sell call..

if u understand SPC business..it is a refiner..refiners are sub to feedstock costs unless they r integrated..

so SPC even tho they have exploration is damn small..they have to get their feedstock from other producers n refine it.. n the refining margins are subj to these feedstock costs.. higher the feedstock the less margin they earn..
