On a possible share swop with Ocean Sky or with any others potential company. (M& A???) that said. How much will those BBs taking a stake in YHM or in Ezion?.
How will they value YHM?. Given 16 cents is to be taken into account.

Ocean Sky Int" l Ltd announced that the Co has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement dated Oct 29, 2012 with Mr Ang Boon Cheow Edward, Mr Ang Boon Chong and Mr Wong Siew Hui (collectively, the Vendors), pursuant to which the Company has agreed to acquire 30% of the issued share capital of Ang Tong Seng Brothers Enterprises Pte. Ltd. (ATS) from the Vendors for an aggregate cash consideration of S$3,053,255 (the Acquisition).
ATS is a civil engineering and construction company which operates primarily in S'pore. Established in 1981, ATS has a track record of more than 30 years in the provision of engineering services such as earthwork, roadwork, drainage work, basement work and structural works involving demolition and underground infrastructure as well as other general building works.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the Company has agreed to purchase and the Vendors have agreed to sell a total of 450,000 shares of ATS (the Sale Shares), representing 30% of its issued share capital, free from encumbrances and together with all rights, dividends, benefits and entitlements attaching thereto, for an aggregate cash consideration of SGD3,053,255 (the Consideration), representing a purchase price of approximately SGD6.785 per Sale Share.

YHM is in the process of forming a jv to own the semi, which will be upgraded and refurbished. The rig is expected to be deployed in the Andaman Sea between end 2013 and early 2014.
EZion did it very successfully. YHM will follow big bro foot step. A big name solid partner will put YHM into higher profile.

TOKYO (Reuters) - Tokyo Electric Power Co on Friday applied to restart a nuclear plant in northwestern Japan, an initial step on its planned recovery from the Fukushima nuclear disaster.
The Kashiwazaki Kariwa facility, world's largest nuclear plant some 300 km (180 miles) northwest of Tokyo.
All of Japan's 50 reactors were shut down after the 2011 earthquake and tsunami crippled the Fukushima plant, triggering a nuclear crisis and a spike in popular opposition to the industry.
Two units were brought back on line last year. The return to govt last year of PM Shinzo Abe, a proponent of nuclear power who says Fukushima is " under control" , has given rise to suggestions that idled reactors may be restarted under new safety guidelines.
