NOW COA is better managed and is profitable. Economy is doing well and people are travelling. This is a counter to watch.

I believe the price of CACHE will affect its stock price. Just hope CACHE will move above $1 soon so that CWT will move in tandem. CACHE is attractively priced considering its high dividend yield of above 8.5%

I really hope so ! This morning, Channel 8 on Good Morning, they mentioned that Cimb analyst put a target on CWT at S$1 only and already reached, the reason is the management have some high level re-structure and some high level resign (to join maybe Cache, this I guessed etc). I wonder all this is truth or not and what is the impact.

And all this analyst when they put in their comment without any liability and whether is their firm missing the boat when it rise and now hoping to collect the shares from panic investor. One firm is always doing in is Citi. I kana a few time. Thanks for you info.

Limited (“SGX-ST”), today announced the purchase of a pure car truck carrier, the MV Boheme from

the Wallenius Group. Details are set out in the attached announcement to the SGX-ST.

SSC’s Executive Chairman Mr Ow Chio Kiat said, “We patiently kept our powder dry all through the

recent global financial crisis. The purchase presents an excellent opportunity to strengthen our fleet of

car-carriers, and is in line with our strategy to re-fresh and acquire suitable tonnages, backed by top

quality charterers and attractive returns.”

Mr Ow noted, “The MV Boheme, which ranks amongst the most modern and largest vessels in the

global fleet of car-carriers, will be a good replacement for the much older and smaller car carrier that

the Group disposed of in December 2009. Moreover, Wallenius’ 15-year time-charter commitment for

the MV Boheme will help ensure a steady stream of income for the SSC Group. Wallenius and its

affiliates command the world’s largest car-carrier fleet with an estimated one-third share of the global

car-carrier market, and we are delighted to be partnering with them.”

employment and will be a fillip to SSC’s efforts to renew our fleet – after our most timely and

SSC recently bought 50 million dollars worth of shipping vessels at distressed price. It normally timed its selling of old vessels at good price and waiting for opportune time to upgrade its fleet at low price. Very prudent and smart management. Just wait for some more good years of dividends and capital gain soon (to 40 cents soon

The Chinese are innovative enough to come up with a non-stopping train concept. When the train arrives at a station, it will not stop at all.

The passenger at a station embarked onto to a connector cabin way before the train even arrive at the station. When the train arrives, it will not stop at all. It just slows down to pick up the connector cabin which will move with the train on the roof of the train.

While the train is still travelling away from the station, those passengers will board the train from the connector cabin mounted on the train's roof. After fully unloading all its passengers, the cabin connector cabin will be moved to the back of the train so that the next batch of outgoing passengers who want to alight at the next station will board the connector cabin at the rear of the train roof.

When the train arrives at the next station, it will simply drop the whole connector cabin at the station itself and leave it behind at the station. The outgoing passengers can take their own time to disembark at the station while the train had already left. At the same time, the train will pick up the incoming embarking passengers on another connector cabin in the front part of the train's roof. So the train will always drop one connector cabin at the rear of its roof and pick up a new connector cabin in the front part of the train's roof at each station.

Now Chemoil last done is .375 . But hold to it and do not sell as it may be a last ditch to get them from the open market. Hold or buy but never never sell.

It is like UIC which was offered by Wee C Y for a cheapo price of 1.10. Now it is 2.13 and will rise further as the Indonesian tycoon is also bidding as a major shareholder. UIC building will be converted for residential. So watch out for UIC too.
