This is interesting. sg also have the same issues .......... sgx just pushed over . same as the public transpport fares issue ....... this is sg ....

If the nav is $0.079 only, most probably those shophouses converted

to hotel rooms are leased. My tot only.

according to Share investment magazine 

fragrance net asset value is $0.079



its current market price is trading at 4.43 times its net asset value

share price is expensive compare to other similar companies in singapore.

Sheng Siong, which is Singapore's second-largest grocery chain by revenue, lodged its

preliminary prospectus this week. The chain runs 23 stores in Singapore, and is

well-known for its weekly television gameshow.


Sheng Siong's net profit for the fiscal year ended Dec 31, 2010, stood at $42.6 million, rose

30 per cent over the year from $33.6 million against a stronger gross profit margin, its

prospectus showed.

Trust me, the gross margin for non-durable goods are easily 100%.  If they sell half, they breakeven.

BTW, have you heard, one of the boss son is LHL son-in-law ??

i used to think if a super market ipoed i will wanna buy but den i heard from my friend who worked in cold storage (one of e extremely busy location) and he said his store is forever in e loss....due to food spoil and theft. den i went oh okie if this store is not makin money no other super market will...seriously...

1. Reits and preferential bank shares provide constant good dividend yield.

2. Blue chips investment.

3. Portion of cash for share trading.

When I read your postings keep on buying china s-chip shares,

Your factors r not important.

When I buy a stock, the px goes up I make money.

When I short a stock, the px. goes down I make money.

This is what we want when we play the stock mkt, hahah

Does sgx get the necessary feedback from stock broking firms and

financial instuitions befoer implementation of the minium bid size.

CHANGE ONLY WHEN THE SYSTEM IS BETTER OR TO

IMPROVE THE STSTEM. I can't buy it when said that it can

improve the vol. and value. I doubt so. If it is not broken, pl.

don't fix it.
