The have done it purposely since almost four years from now as soon as they realized that the business sector that they ran would not be prospective any more through note issue programme, unfortunately that programme was not served its objective intention, so delaying of its recoverying process, but one thing is good they have done the job well to preserved the capital planning and looking for establishing further new business prospect!

These could be the deadwood of the market, which I usually avoid.
Ideally, the penny counter you jump into should potentially have a good 'story' further down the line.
Usually the 'story' is revealed in the chart itself (yes, even for the pennies)...

In any case, who is to tell whether the market is trending up or trending down?
For those who think they can tell, the only and best way to support their conviction is to bet their money on it. But then, even if they do, I doubt they will bet a substantial amount, probably just a token amount.
Thus, the stock market beast would have gotten its due respect.
