so our favored sector has show strength.... stock rebound.... next week ..... short the falling apple ..... Samsung note 2 is launching in sg...... STI will remain weak with selective stocks showing strength...... we still favor our sectors.... Christmas is coming ....... good luck.....

STI is going to decouple from europe and us market soon, which means we may short US and Europe but going to long selective China stock.... it really doesn't make sense that China is growing well over 7% and trading at this valuation ..... where Europe is almost in negative territory and US is not even growing more than 2%.....but trading at multi year high vs china multi year low.... Chinese officials have supported our view.... from their recent actions to prop their market...... we have to be fair to those good Chinese companies not all are bad eggs.
for Asia strategy we are going for waste water treatment, agriculture, food and renewable energy..... we are neutral on technology as the main bulk of consumer are from US and Europe are replace partially from the rising Asia.
if you notice we only favour those that are more need than wants in term of industry. clean water are scarce........
1) UnitedEnviro tech - have various proven project. fair value 0.44
2) sound global - super under valued stock. fair value 0.95
we are accumulating ..... good luck.
