these entreprenuers sell their company stake, and they become multi millionaire. that means you and me who dont run the company buy their shares, but shares their risk. i am not saying all are like this.
not all s chips are bad, most of them are in volatile business. this year make good profits, next q , bankrupt!!

Actually, Asian bank emerged from this SP crisis in one piece lor. There is only a small increase in property auction in SIN. PRC property still going up. HKSAR up up and away.....no sign of anything. People are buying and buying everything since int is super low......
The problem is that Asia, like other parts of the world, is awash with CASH through simulus. Many schemes are expiring this June or so.
Question: If this cash is removed. Will the engine stalled ?
Q3 onward is very important time.....will we have a double dip recession ?
If engine don't stall.....then zoom zoom to 2012..???.......end of the world....heeeee......

High chance of a double top pattern forming if the blue minor wedge support is broken. The spinning top candlestick formed on Friday indicates indecision. Stay alert and be nimble as Bulls and Bears wrestle to control the market. If the Bears achieve power expect a breakdown of the minor blue rising wedge and a retest of the red major rising wedge support. If the Bulls continue charging upwards the upper resistance of the blue wedge will most probably experience a breakout and challenge the resistance formed by the giant red rising wedge.

Let COSCO does it will be more appropriate!

I took a quick look at CECO's FY2009 financial results and I can almost understand why the deal fell through.
http://hugin.info/135041/R/1386424/345107.pdf
1. CECO lost USD242.5mil in 2009, USD160mil of which was in Q4 alone.
The loss thus seems to be accelerating. All 3 segments (bulk, gas,
marine services) lost money in Q4.
2. CECO's equity is only US$48.1mil (versus BLT's offer of US$170mil, which now looks generous compared to just 3 months ago)
3. CECO's net gearing (net debt/equity) is now a staggering 8.5
All in, it looks like a blessing for Berlian Laju. CECO's share
price dropped more than 7% after the news of the deal collapse broke. |
