1) wilmar is a Star Buy For 2013 at this price.
2) China bull run has began Should over 3000. Stimulus to be announce in end nov or early dec.
3) HSI 23000 year end target.
4) STI 3200-3287 year end target.
5) There will be no fiscal cliff in 2013. It will be averted.
6) World will be growing better than forecast in 2013.

I start buying Ying Li today at Sgd. 0.38 too! I consider this counter has turned around by 2013. Huge potential capital gain will be expected in coming years to come.

1. Selling all the Federal Gold reserved.
2. Greater expansion of GDP, especially, mutual trade to PRC and Japan.
3. Drastic change to Saving mind set for every US citizen.
The above might probably change the Fiscal cliff negative effect to the global economy, also benefit to US economy and employment growth in the long run! (just my two cents idea at a glance)

Believe YZJ will cross $3 and heads towards $3.50-$4.00 when included in STI index in 2008 and when QII funds start buying..will be another Cosco and Yanlord..many shorted recently at $2.70 but it continues to move up after hitting alow of $2.49 on Oct 23

[Dow Jones] Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (BS6.SG) +3.4% at S$2.77; OCBC says charts tip bounce up to resistance at S$3.20.
"The short-term stochastic indicator has reversed direction from its dip close to the oversold zone, signaling further upside lies in the days ahead," research note says.
Adds stock showing signs of recovery after three-day pullback, falling to low of S$2.43 on Oct. 17 before reversing to close above the 23.6% Fibonacci retracement level.
Also notes bullish candlestick pattern formed yesterday; support level set at 38.2% Fibonacci level of S$2.29. |

China further eases rules on mutual funds

Monday 31 December, 2012
BEIJING - China plans to allow brokerages and insurers’ asset management units to set up and manage mutual funds available to the public as regulators seek to bolster the equities market.
Draft rules posted on the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC)’s website yesterday said companies need to have at least 20 billion yuan (S$3.9 billion) in assets under management and show they have been profitable for the past three years.
Managers of private funds will also be eligible, provided they have at least 10 million yuan in paid-in capital and have managed a minimum of 3 billion yuan in any of the past three years.
Earlier this month, China simplified rules for the sale of mutual funds, allowing fund houses to seek regulatory approval for any number of products they wish to sell at any time with the regulator responding within 20 days. China previously limited the number of approvals given each year to new funds, with the regulator taking more than 20 days to decide whether or not to approve. Bloomberg
