Congrats especially to those who followed my chart analysis and dared to buy last Fri when it presents one of the best opportunity when it bounced off the amaxingly strong magical 25ema which had been providing tat magical support since 8/6/09.

Today's vol into 20 mins of trading had aredi exceeded yesterday's vol.

Once it breaks above the recent high at 89, it will head towards 1.19 with some minor resistance at 91.5 n 1.02

Trade Summary shows extremely heavy buying up:

Dont induce people selling you cheap 0.050 stocks.

There are big players wanting to buy more stocks at 0.05 before they pump the price up. Do not fall for it.
Every single economy indicator is pointing to a good substainable recovery in China. Please do not spread this kind of news.

Productivity Rises 6.4%, Best Gain in Six Years
Published: Tuesday, 11 Aug 2009 | 8:54 AM ET
Text Size
By: Reuters

U.S. non-farm productivity in the second quarter rose at its fastest pace in six years as companies slashed costs to protect profits, government data showed Tuesday.

CNBC.com

The Labor Department said non-farm productivity rose at a 6.4 percent annual rate, the biggest gain since the third quarter of 2003, from a revised 0.3 percent gain in the first quarter. Productivity for the January-March quarter was previously reported as a 1.6 percent gain.

Analysts polled by Reuters had forecast productivity, which measures the hourly output per worker, rising at a 5.3 percent rate in the second quarter.

"It's good because it helps keep inflation low; labor costs are pretty benign," said Scott Brown, chief economist at Raymond James & Associates in St. Petersburg, Fla.

"On the other hand it means you can do more with fewer people," he said.

U.S. Treasury debt prices held gains on the data, while stock index futures were little moved.

Hours worked plunged at a 7.6 percent rate in the second quarter, the Labor Department said.

Unit labor costs, a gauge of inflation and profit pressures closely watched by the Federal Reserve, fell 5.8 percent, the biggest decline since the second quarter of 2000. Analysts had expected unit labor costs to fall 2.4 percent in the second quarter. Unit labor costs dropped by a revised 2.7 percent in the January-March quarter.

The government also published revisions to productivity for 2006 through 2008 following adjustments to gross domestic product estimates.

Compensation per hour rose at a 0.2 percent pace and, adjusted for inflation, was down 1.1 percent, while output fell at a 1.7 percent rate in the second quarter.

Compared with the April-June quarter of 2008, non-farm productivity was up 1.8 percent. Unit labor costs fell 0.6 percent year-on-year. Compensation from a year earlier rose 1.3 percent and was up 2.2 percent once adjusted for inflation.

Output, measured on a year-on-year basis, was down 5.6 percent.

Its been a battle between 2 groups of funds since last week, where funds managers decided to step in to counter the shorters. Seems like the - shorters are trying very hard to suppress the price unsuccessfully.

The funds manager will continue its counter action till a point where the shorters run dry. Pretty much within these 2 days if the funds keep pushing up the shorters will be forced to cover its position. You gonna see genting above 90 cents when this happen, unless the funds manager decided to give them some chance.

Rating PT Upside

Gent Sing OW S$1.20 47%

Gent Bhd OW M$8.50 35%

Gent Msia OW M$3.50 21%

Source: J.P. Morgan.

potential upside: We initiate with OW and a Jun-10 PT of S$1.20, implying 47%We believe Genting Singapore (GS) is in a dominant position as it is one of the only two companies with the right to develop and operate an integrated resort (IR) in Singapore (and will maintain this duopoly at least for the next 10 years).

Building bullish expectations on IRs: (1) We believe IRs help the objectives of the Singapore government, which aims to double visitor arrivals by 2015; (2) with annual tourist arrivals of 10MM (+35MM transiting), Singapore already has the numbers to support two IRs (RWS expects 60% foreign visitors); and (3) a wide catchment area of 700MM people living within a 5-hour flight. Based on the Macau and Las Vegas experience, new casino openings should grow the casino industry pie.

Run-up to the RWS opening could prompt a share price re-rating:

LVS, Galaxy, and Wynn’s share prices rose 14-85% before and after their casino openings (see page 12). We believe Genting Singapore’s share price could see a similar trend. RWS can leverage Genting Group’s established customer network and management expertise whileRWS’s Universal Studios is also the only branded theme park in Southeast Asia. For FY12, we estimate RWS to have casino revenue of US$1.7B (when the IR is fully completed). Assuming a market share of 40%, this translates into a Singapore casino market size of US$4.3B, which is 4x the size of Malaysia’s and a quarter of the size of Macau’s.

We also assume 7.5MM visitors to Universal Studios in FY12 (compared to 8-9MM visitors to Universal Studios, Osaka).

EV/EBITDA. This is a concept stock which we think could trade over S$2 using bullish assumptions.Valuation, PT, and risks: Our June-10 PT of S$1.20 is based on our SOTP valuation, in which we value its Singapore business at 14x FY12E

if u see the vol on the 6 Aug, don't u think the vol is excessive?

I remember reading this book "Undeclared secrets that drive the stock market" by Tom Williams. It states that in the stock market there's always buyers and sellers agreeing on the price. If there's someone buying, there's someone selling, that's y there's a transaction. So in this case of YZJ, ask urself who's the buyer and who's the seller. In a bear market, when prices are falling, weak holders are selling their shares to the strong holders at low prices. In a bull market, when prices are rising, strong holders are selling their shares to weak holders. It's a classic case of buy low and sell high. As more n more good news comes out, the professional money will take this opportunity to dispose their holdings. It's just like u want to sell ur house, u rant and rave abt how good the location, facilities blah blah..which is "good news" so as to get a better price, same thing for a stock. So in the case of the stock, when the stock is overbought means that supply is excessive and prices will start to come down. When there's a correction, and the professional money feels that there's no more selling (supply is limited), they will come in again and scoup up these shares at low prices.

Always take a step back n look at the forest rather than the trees. And remember the 80/20 rule. 80% of the population will make 20% of the money in the market. You want to be in that 20% population that makes 80% of the money in the market..so think like the professionals (20%) and do away with the herd (80%)!

That's just my thoughts on trading in any markets.
