Net cash company of 12c per share. Backed by order books of around 70million including the recent Tank storage construction contract. Future profit to be around 22million spread out over the next 3 years. Forward PE around 3.5

Book value around 27c.

  Looks cheap for an O& G play

The company has just announced a warrant issue.  Hopefully, this will be able to stir some interest into this highly undervalued but illiquid stock.  Cash is 90% of the company's market capitalisation but yet no one seems to be interested in this stock.

Hai Leck Holdings Limited  announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Hai Leck Engineering (Private) Limited, has received a letter of award from a client for an Engineering, Procurement and Construction contract. The Project, together with other projects that the Group has secured recently, has increased the Group’s current order book by approximately $73 million.(Close: S$0.20,unchanged)

Looking at the financial , very strong B/S and good P&L.
Half year EPS is 1.9 cents , PE base on 0.33 is still only 8.6.
NTA : 23.3 Cts.
Borrowing : One million.
Order book : Full for the next 3/4 years.

x 0 		Why so  quiet in this counter. Co holding AGM this wed, 21.10.09 to approve final divd of 0.8 cts and special divd of 0.2 cts, should bring it to greater height. Vested and waiting patiently for it to move. Good luck to all holders. God bless.
