BDI stands at 4,000 point threshold 
London: The Baltic Dry Index is expected to cross the 4,000 mark today for the first time since November on the back of strong iron ore restocking by steel mills in China. The BDI closed yesterday at 3,914. All bulker sectors have reported strong growth in rates this week, led by capesizes which have surged 26% in the past week.
Fearnleys most recent weekly comment noted that for fronthaul, cape rates improved to mid 30s earlier this week. These relatively strong numbers are well supported by an active short period market improving from mid 30,000s to close to mid 40,000s in one week. The main drivers this time is as always the FFA market, along with more coal cargoes from the Atlantic to the Far East. [14/05/10] |

Thank you Mr Chia for your insight. I also feel it is hugely neglected . Just because there are a few china companies that wwent bust , does not mean all are going to face the same. Besides I read that pharmaceuticals are defensive stocks. Poepl are puring money into pharma stocks because of the turbulence. So i reckon your observation that volume has increased despite the turbulence is in line with that.

| After making the triple top formation at $1.30 , Allgreen came down rapidly to reach $1.10 recently . DIs are negatively placed n ADX is at 27 . Unfortunately it went below its 200MA , n short term moving averages are crossing the long term moving averages above the share price .In the near future , the resistance at the 200MA may stop the share price to go further up . Any rebounce maybe a opportunity to sell into strength . |

The best way to make $ is to short at the top...
Not after the market has already fallen for 2 months...
Because shorting at the top means more meaty and juicy rewards...
Thus, short and then holding long-term is the only way to invest in bear markets...

Nav >3x current price based on Citibank analyst report....
PE < 3
These two will become better when the price drop further...
Lot of land brought at low price....even if China properties drop 20% or more, they still can have good profit
Don't buy now but put on your radar...when thing become better, a must have for investment
