x 1 		European leaders reached an agreement with Cyprus early on Monday morning that closes down the island's second-biggest bank and inflicts huge losses on wealthy savers.Russians would lose billions of euros under draconian terms that are aimed at preventing the Mediterranean tax haven becoming the first country forced out of the single currency."Herman Van Rompuy has brokered an agreement between the troika and Cyprus," said an EU source, referring to the president of the European council and Cyprus's trio of creditors: the European commission, the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund.

A meeting of eurozone finance ministers that started six hours late reached an agreement in the early hours of Monday morning to finalise the fine print of the deal. Savers with deposits of less than €100,000 (£85,000) would be spared but it was thought there would be heavy losses inflicted on the deposits of the wealthy.Laiki, or Cyprus Popular Bank, is to be closed, with its good assets transferred to Bank of Cyprus, the country's biggest bank, where savers would suffer big losses in return for equity shares. Those with more than €100,000 in Laiki would also be hit hard.

The notes to be raised are in multiple phases n tranches.

Sounds the investors wants assurance at each point otherwise normally capex raised at one go.

Anyway not my cup of tea so Will not touch this one.

But believe TA Will push to 9cents region before consolation.

x 0 		Dilution in the sense it Will make the EPS smaller by 33%.

In short raising fund thr stock enlargement is always most expensive of beefing up the balance sheet or capex.

Most important, expect more stock swing for NTEGRATOR in Apr.

As the warrant gives u 3years to exercise, most pple Will do it right away as it is still in the money.

Technically speaking dilution Will take place almost immediately after warrant are given to existing shareholders.

Means 3 lots at total 20cents /3 = 7cents.

Assuming future pe 15 based on this small coy potential growth.
Means about 0.5 cents.

Which means based on 1billion final share base Mr N must earn 5million per FY net profit.

Of course this is possible base on their current involvement with mynarmar but for stock to reach back 15 cents means they must earn 10million which is a tall order unless need contracts starts streaming.

However if they bag a new mega contract then this dream Will be coming.

Based on 2.75cents payout at 75cents still got yield of 3.5%

Assuming no growth, that works out pe of 15.

Not too expensive.

At entry level of 60cents means 25% capital gain plus yield means 30% at ex dividend on 7may.

However the volume may drain down which make it illiquid if u buy too much.

But worth a bet as chart looks like a breakout at 60cents.
