Huh, "a local trader said" by then, I lose all my trust. Sorry, I am not vested. What I need is "a local investor said".

The market sees this as a good time to step in and invest in the firm’s shares, as (according to the report) it is still very much undervalued,” a local trader said. On Monday, the local press reported that an independent valuation done in 2009 valued Bund Center’s assets at around $1.5 billion (net of debt), or $0.72 a share.

Yes, Be an INVESTOR not a trader.

Hard to say... with low vol. and other markets are trading weaker recently, all these technical indicators for STI may not be accurate or be manipulated.

I dun look so much into it since I'm not a trader looking for short term gains...I rather concentrate on the bigger picture in the longer term. Cheers!

alexchia01      ( Date: 06-Jul-2010 17:52) Posted:

I don't think so.

STI moving above the 20MA, which is a Bullish Sign.

MACD shows down-trending has ease and going flat.

RSI this week bound back to above 50, the Bullish territory.

Stochastic line crosses today, shows that STI is going up.

Parabolic SAR also turn Bullish today.

These are all Clear Bull Signals.

I don't know how long this Bull is going to last.

But, since company reports are coming out this month and many are expecting good results, I think this Bull can, at least, last through this month.

Which company is better ? Mermaid or Ezra ? Both seem to be experiencing 'fair valuations' albeit with a little more downside. Actually the question should be, between the two which is a better bet ? The fish or the prophet ? Any advise ? Muchos Gracias

Good comment!

We are in a Bull Run - We cannot afford double dip like i say previously. When theres a sell down i suggest you to be defensive and start to accumulate. We are likely to see STI 3200 by the end of the year. Good Luck. Have to repeat again... dont expect everyday market to be up.... there will be minor correction here and there.

BOSAYOR - Do not blindly follow any Buy or Sell call on this forum. 90% of the people here knows nothing.

risktaker      ( Date: 02-Jul-2010 13:28) Posted:

Last time i gonna say.

We cannot afford a double dip. Government Agency will step in to prevent that. The world has already spend trillions for the recovery and you have no idea what will happen if recovery is flushed down the drain. It might just be the end of the world.

1) Jobs creation index are up - There's an increase of online recruitment ads.
2) Unemployment rate or jobless claims are lagging indicators if u take it seriously ur might miss the ride.
3) Do not worry about China Growth - No one can replace China in manufacturing side. It will takes time to plan, build factorys and the require infrastructure. Furthermore China growth will be switching to a more domestic growth.
4) US market has more upside than downside @ this level.
5) Now go understand the problems the world are facing and invest in those stocks. That can help to solve the world problem. :)

STI might test 3200 End of the Year.

- This is just my idea - Not asking anyone to buy or sell. BOSAYOR

No, I do not.

This morning I saw a number of counters slowing in their down-sliding.

There could be reversing to the up-trend soon.

But, I need to monitor some more to get a better reading.

I'm looking at Wilmar, DBS, Capitaland, GoldenAgr, HL Asia, Kep Corp, Noble Grp, Semb Mar and Venture.

But, there are more which I've not mentioned.

Do you guys see the same thing as me?
