I feel brokerage could help by prompting user re illogical orders -- but accident/not, they still earn. Perhaps, should also penalise brokerage for not having such prompts in system? |

one more thing is they raised funds thru bonds earlier so they are sitting on a pile of cash so funds currently will not be a major issus. They are the major player in developing Chong Qing so very recognised and i dun think even if they wanna borrow money from banks...should not post as a problem. Today business times mentioned that China citizens are realising that putting money in bank is depreciating and they are very interested in properties right now.

dunno when but i know the analysis did say that their 2009 results will not be outstanding what will be will be in 2011. because they have alot of projects going on right now in chong qing...they are also going to launch their high end(first for them) sales in 2010 but dunno which Q. I think they are currently developing (either started half way or starting) 3 or more projects...all in the CBD area of chong qing. Shorters i dun mind them but what i dun like about some are they try to creat panic to earn money. these people i dont like...its like come on...ever heard of karma??
