yesterday's announcement, his 10m direct interest transfer to deemed interest - most likely is pledged for cash loan or credit line in margin a/c

volume is small. yes, good sign, which means he dig all available means to " show hand" ....

Deemed - share NOT in your own name but u r Deemed to have control/say over it. Eg. Shares in nominee accounts pledged as collateral for loans or margin/credit line or shares in your children's name who is a minor wife/mistress's name holding in trust etc...

Relevant Shareholders (who include LEH) the Whitewash Waiver.

approved the application for the Whitewash Waiver, subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions.
The details of such conditions will be set out in the Shareholders’ Circular.

INDONESIA PRODUCTION TESTING UPDATE:
DEVELOPMENT WELL TMT-53
As stated in the announcement of 10 April 2013 with respect to production tests of TMT-53 at the Tanjung Miring Timur (“TMT”) field in South Sumatra, Interra Resources Limited (the “Company” or “Interra”) wishes to inform shareholders that its wholly owned subsidiary, Goldwater TMT Pte. Ltd. (“GTMT”) has achieved a stabilised flow rate following production testing. GTMT has 100% working interest in the Technical Assistance Contract of the TMT field and TMT-53 was drilled using an externally contracted rig.
Following unrestricted initial flow rates in excess of 1,400 barrels of oil per day (bopd), the Company has endeavoured to optimise the flow rates whereby formation flowing pressure would be maintained and the chance of any potential water break-through be minimised.
Following the implementation of the optimisation tests, TMT-53 has consistently produced at controlled flow rates of between 900 and 1,100 bopd over the past fourteen days. TMT-53 marks a significant milestone in the development of TMT as it currently has the best initial production rates based on existing production tests. At this stabilised production rate, TMT-53 remains the best producing well and more than doubles the overall production at TMT.
TMT-53 is one of four new wells drilled since completion of the 3D seismic data acquisition and interpretation. The Company has identified numerous quality drillable prospects following the interpretation of the 3D seismic data and the new discovery made by TMT-53 was one such prospect. Given the substantial flow rates from TMT-53, the Company has commenced additional 3D seismic studies to determine the extent of the newly discovered reservoir.
Four additional wells for 2013 drilling have been approved by Pertamina, and site construction is currently underway.

just that it won't be possible to share with any visible instruments...not that they don't want to...it is only for the fated one....

the above are just 2 examples of trading style that i could think of, off hand...i m sure there are more....

To bigmama. No one is blaming iso here for saying it will reach 5cents by may. Even if we are punter should know the risk involved in trading and should not rely on baseless sell or buy call. Even banks calls can't be trusted. Seems more like a personal issues u have with iso. Suggest u two take it thru pm or offline settle.

To iso. If u so certain why not post your chart and let us see the magic u so strongly believe in? I would like to learn more about ta and would like to see what u see. If I remember correctly me and other forumer have request for u to show us your chart. But u seems to avoid it Everytime. If u are not comfortable in sharing with the mass can pm me? Really want to learn

It is too obvious... With blumont and innopac and cash and NTA 7 cent. Everyone would buy it as there are no reason not to buy it. Recognia has detected a " Triple Moving Average Crossover" chart pattern formed on Cedar Strategic Holdings Ltd (530:SGX-ST). This bullish signal indicates that the stock price may rise from the close of 0.01.

Tells Me: The price is generally in an established trend (bullish or bearish) for the time horizon represented by the moving average periods. Moving averages are used to smooth out the volatility or " noise" in the price series, to make it easier to discover the underlying trend. By plotting the average price over the last several bars, the line is less " jerky" than plotting the actual prices. In the triple crossover method, a bullish signal is generated when a faster moving average (4 bar) crosses above an intermediate moving average (9 bar), which in turn crosses above a slower moving average (18 bar). In this state, the price is likely in an established uptrend. The opposite is true when the 4 bar crosses below the 9 bar which in turn crosses below the 18 bar, triggering a bearish event.
