Smiley hahaha.... at least analyst and brokerage stood by their reports for a few days before changing tone, unless i am so green with my horns that there are some which change tones in 1 hour 6 minutes after issuing company's report.

richtan      ( Date: 29-May-2009 10:24) Posted:

If tats is wat u said, mind u tat all analyst & brokerage reports also "cover their asses", so called "disclaimer", even in elliot wave analysis, there is  always an alternative wave count analysis (both a bullish & a bearish count), u must be a greenhorn not to know this lah, hahahaha......

We are humans after all, as I said "Man proposes, GOD disposes", unless u are near-GOD lah.

hahaha... am no expert in this area (no one really is in this forum), i must totally agree with you!

at 21.27, the post was so optimistic. at 22.33, the post became one of "covering one's ass". Smiley

let me be an expert just this once follow your rule and boldly declare:

"today's (29th may) market will be optimistic, share prices will rise UNLESS there is some bad news released after the trading starts"

logically, i am correct either way Smiley CONGRATULATIONS TO ME IN ADVANCE! *clap* *clap* *clap*

After all being said about syndicates accumulation, nothing is cast in stones as "Man proposes, GOD disposes", syndicates are also exposed to events beyond their control, if US mkts drop heavily tonite, (touch wood), they too might be played out and could possibly be overwhelmed by the mass selling, unless if they have cornered enuf lots or still have enuf firepower to mop up those selling or they may even be prepared to cut massive losses if they sense tat the tide is too strong for them to withstand, conserve their bullets to fight another day.

richtan      ( Date: 28-May-2009 21:27) Posted:

Did u keep track of the past few days time & sales, this pales compared to the thousands being snap up from the seller q at 19cts.

By the way, just to enlighten you, this could also be the syndicates way to hoodwink you, using "block & thrust" strategy, they would have earlier block at the buy q & later sell down to their own synduicates to create a false impression tat big lots are being sold down.

However, the facts tat larger lots are being bot up at the seller q would expose such sneaky tactic to a veteran's eyes and these can't hoodwink us.

From your posting, I believe u must be a novice, doesn't know such sneaky way of playing & creating fear.

In any case, if u are skeptical & fearful, just stay out, time will tell & reveal thses stealth accumulation.

:) i hope i am the one who is doing all these but sorry to disappoint you, i am not :)

is china energy on your radar? used to be rising at similar pace as hong xing but it is still rising while hong xing is now stagnant

richtan      ( Date: 28-May-2009 14:17) Posted:

Hahaha.... I do hope u are not the silent accumulator trying to scare those newbies & greenhorns into selling to u while u silently had been accumulating big lots of hundreds including also  just now 800 lots & yesterday last transacvtion of 2733 lots mopping up from the seller at 19 cts.

richtan      ( Date: 28-May-2009 09:24) Posted:

Are u sure, plse check the time & sales. a lot of accumulation going on at 19 cts.

I m stating the facts from the time & sales.

The mkt is too big & has a life of its own, it is futile trying to talk down the mkt in a forum, save your breathe, & spend tat time analysing charts & data & facts lah.

what if it may drop to below $1.30? will it still be real cheap now? the first financial report to be released this year will certainly be bad, meaning that it will drop even further. should hold on to cash now, wait for it to drop further.

i see... then should i sell now and run away with the profit and wait for the price to drop before the 18th feb and buy in again? :P

oinkoink1999      ( Date: 10-Feb-2009 15:47) Posted:

i think is until 18 Feb by end of trading day...if u r still holding it, u r entitled rights issue. frankly speaking, im very confused with all those dates stated in the announcement... Smiley

anfield_76      ( Date: 10-Feb-2009 15:20) Posted:

when is the cut off date for the rights issue? if i have shares on say 17th february, will i still be entitled for the rights issue?

wouldn't super good be subjective? if a buyer had bought his shares at $4 or even $3, then the price of $2.50 is not considered super good. but if one had bought it at a low of $2.36, then $2.50 is a return of about 6%. which is still not considered super good.

just using an example:

bought 4 lots at $3 = $12000

2 lots of Rights Issued at 1.30 = $2600

total = 6 lots at $14600

average = $2.43 per share

if sell now, this person make a loss of $0.50 per share. which is a total loss of ($2000)

however, if wait till ex-date the price need to dip until below $2.10 or less then then one will make a loss of more than $2000. just a thought...

jackjames      ( Date: 10-Feb-2009 09:08) Posted:

the price now is super good for those who doesn't want right shares, just sell it now...

remember, you won't see the price correction until the ex-date... so, right now, the next 9 days, it's all up to public to react this news.

Eldarchen, well said, thanks for the elaboration..

thank you very much, DnApeh!

5 lots is confirmed you will get. U wan to apply for 100 lots excess also can, provided somebody else never take up.

In this case, better to have odd number of lots, becos they usually try to round up for you.

anfield_76      ( Date: 09-Feb-2009 15:59) Posted:

can apply for excess?? as in i have 10 lots, does it mean i can apply for 5 lots only since the announcement says "one Rights Share for every two existing Shares"? if can, i can apply for like 10 lots of Rights Share
