China to curb disorderly growth of coal industryBEIJING--China plans to accelerate reform of its coal industry, shutting smaller mines to consolidate domestic production and experimenting with tariff levels to encourage higher-quality imports, the State Council said in a draft proposal published Thursday on the central government's website. Citing falling coal prices and industry losses, China's equivalent to a cabinet said it aimed to " curb the disorderly growth of coal production." It said it would stop construction of new coal mines with less than 300,000 metric tons of annual output and gradually eliminate coal mines producing 90,000 tons or less a year. It would continue to shut unsafe coal mines and investigate mines that were illegally built or illegally exceeded approved dimensions. The government will also increase the punishment for those caught flouting the rules, though it said precise punishments would only be announced at a later date.
It would also explore differentiating coal tariffs to encourage the import of high-quality coal and ban coal imports with high ash and sulfur content, it said.

SINGAPORE, 25 November 2013 ? Rex International Holding Limited (?Rex International Holding? or the ?Company?, and together with its subsidiaries, the ?Group?), one of the largest companies listed on the Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, is pleased to announce that its jointly-controlled entity, Lime Petroleum Plc (?Lime?), through its subsidiary Masirah Oil Ltd (?Masirah?), has begun drilling an exploration well in Masirah North North #1 (?MNN #1?), located in the Block 50 Oman concession, on 25 November 2013.
This is part of a two-well drilling programme in the concession.
The prospect MNN #1, which is about 1,000 metres in depth, was selected for drilling after in-depth technical evaluation and verification using the proprietary Rex Virtual Drilling technology, in addition to confirmations provided via conventional methodologies.
The prospect is located in the northern area of the Block 50 Oman concession which is about 17,000 square kilometres in size.
The well is being drilled using the independent leg cantilever jack-up drilling rig Aban VII.
Meanwhile, Rex International Holding holds a 65 per cent stake in Lime. Lime, through Masirah, has a 64 per cent participating interest in the Block 50 Oman concession, while Petroci Holding, the national oil company of Ivory Coast, has a 36 per cent participating interest.

Valuation doesnt really matter in stock market.... as long as u believe it worth the value in the future u buy... if dont believe dont buy it....simple as that.... we buy stocks for future valuation....can u 100% guarantee the trio will fall and all assets are fake? Prove it to us if u can...
To be honest the valuation is on very high side.... but that doesnt mean goldman sac is above law ....and use this opportunity to crashed the trio....to benefit itself.... 国 有 国 法 ,家 有 家 法 .
SGX HAS BEEN DOING GOOD JOB ALONG UNTIL THEY ARE PRESSURED BY THE MEDIA AND SIAS. WHEN GOLDMAN SAC FORCE SELL THE TRIO SHARES.... SGX PRESSED THE PANIC BUTTON AS IT TRY TO PROTECT INVESTORS...BUT THE DESIGNATION OF THE 3 STOCKS IS NOT WELL THOUGHT MOVE.
As more information went public....it gets clearer and clearer that goldman sac is totally wrong..... and justice must be served......
Goldman supporter or whoever u r pls do not defend or trying to misled anymore because its silly....because they are suing goldman with evidence.....It really doesnt look good on u..
