As long as no major sell off, eg vol abt  150 to 250  million, I am not too worry abt this stock.

If very high vol keep on selling for 3 to 4 days and the px. drop like shit, then I need to take action.

Aiya. you guys dun everyday pay attention to this counter lah..lol. Last time when it was 80 cents +- I also everyday looking at it and hopefully it jumps. Very tiring to do that.

STI fell to test the 3250 level yesterday. A minor technical

rebound is possible but capped at 3270-75. If 3250 fails

subsequently in the days ahead, a further decline closer to

3200 should provide better support. As we’d stated over the

last 1-2 weeks, while STI has the potential to reach 3600 by

year-end, the short-term trend has likely turned choppy from

the fast rally mode in recent months. Valuation has

approached fair and there has been no meaningful lift to

FY13/FY14 forward PE levels for the STI from the current

reporting season.

How do u interpret " regular rebalancing activities for its overall portfolio"

They buy low and sell high. GIC is locking up the profits.

SINGAPORE - Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC cut its stake in warehouse operator Global Logistic Properties (GLP) by about a quarter, selling around 596 million GLP shares at S$2.60 each, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters.

The sale, which raised about $1.25 billion, was at the bottom of a S$2.60-$2.66 per share indicative range. GLP closed at S$2.75 on Monday.

The Government of Singapore Investment Corp (GIC) said in a statement on Tuesday that the sale was part of the sovereign fund's " regular rebalancing activities for its overall portfolio" and that it remained a substantial long-term shareholder.

" We are pleased with the company's execution of its strategies and are confident of its long-term prospects," GIC added.

In stock play, anything, any time can happen without we realising

it. We r still blur blur when all of a sudden  the vol shot up like mad

and px. move up. Nobody know wat's happening.  Even the co. don't

know when querried by sgx. Tat's the name of the game., hehe.

1. BACKGROUND
The Board of Directors of Stratech Systems Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce 
that it has agreed to place 150,000,000 new ordinary shares (the “Subscription Shares”) in 
the capital of the Company, at an issue price of S$0.0235 (the “Issue Price”) for each 
Subscription Share to raise gross proceeds of $3,525,000, to the following persons: 
(a) E & Y Investments Pte Ltd (“E & Y Investments”)  
(b) Lim Yew Choy (“LYC”)

(d) Sim Siew Tin Carol (“CS”)  
(e) Giraffe Artworks Pte Ltd (“Giraffe Artworks”) and 
(f) Lim Tiong Kheng Steven (“SL”) 
(collectively, the “Subscribers” and individually, a “Subscriber”) (the “Proposed
Subscription”). 
The shareholders of the Company (the “Shareholders”) had, at the annual general meeting 
of the Company held on 27 July 2012, approved a general share issue mandate by way of an 
ordinary resolution (the “Share Issue Mandate”). The Subscription Shares will be issued 
pursuant to the Share Issue Mandate.
