This forum has been like a mini lookup dictionary for me for the past 2 yrs..
Some forummers I have made on-line acquaintainces and friends with.

Work and personal calls are impt in life so not sure but This is probably my last post here atm.
To those who pm me and those whom I have helped along the way, congrats.
Just my final thoughts:
1) Do your homework before entering mkt..Don't act upon another's call blindly.
2) Don't play beyond your means. And don't play with emotions.. Every counter is a bet.. whether u like it or not.
3) Post against those who call themselves sifus.. always challenge them..you will gain insights from it.
4) Lastly, always have bullets for special times.. there will be mini corrections here and there. Bears will be bearish always. Bulls will be bullshitting (i mean bullish haha) as usual. Just learn to cut loss and take profits timely.

Because after the shake-out, only the chosen few will survive and gain market share afterwards.
Most likely, the small ones will get squeezed to death, while the big ones can still survive.
After the recovery, they will grow much stronger than ever before.
Btw, if you're concerned about why YZJ is issuing warrants, think again... $16m+ is peanut to YZJ. Why would they raise just a small amount if they really really need cash?
I believe they did it because they simply have nothing to lose.
As for citibank... they are just like an agent selling those warrants to BB(you can think of it this way: you go to a local bank to invest your money in some kind of fund... will the relationship manager care whether you can get some profit/not? of course not, they only care about their commission for selling the products.). They don't really care how the warrant will perform as long as they can sell it out and make money. They should have thought of some strategy to sell it even before the deal. |

The exercise prise is not S$1.23 but about S$1.5, (Warrant Strike Price is RMB7.617). So in order for Citi to sell it to institutional investors and accredited investors, the share price must be close to S$1.5 and with " story" of growing much more than that.
It's funny that market sell down on such good news, maybe it is a chance to get more but must have holding power to ride it |
