You define all in the orientated trader point of view. It is different to the invested orientated investor point of view.

Sellers do sell with the aim of taking profit and may or may not necessary buying again. Similarly buyers do buy with the aim of selling after holding a period of time (different justification of holding time horizon from one investor to other investor) and selling to profit or cut loss.

Thus buyers and sellers are not necessary the same people at different moments in time!

I call them potential BUYERs and future SELLERs. defining your posting.

Buyer means some one who has bought the share/s.

Seller means some one who has sold the share/s.

Buyers will hope for the market to go down

       so they can buy cheap-cheap.

Sellers will hope for the market to "Cheong Aaarrrhhh!!!"

                  so they can sell high-high...

Buyers and sellers both  make money.

The suckers are always the 'forever' holders...

And from holders, they will become 'long-term stuckers'

Buyers will hope for the market to go up not down! Because they have bought the shares, then we call them BUYERS!

Sellers will hope for the market to up not down! Because they have sold the shares, then we call them SELLERS!

Some one which he/she has not bought or sold the share/s, we can't call him/her buyer/s or seller/s respectively!

Share price > exerc price + your warrant bought price, you may do that whenever it deem favourable to you. Whether it is better to hold the said warrant or holding the converted share! So up to your own choice!

I start accumulating @Sgd. 0.07 again, while bought price at Sgd. 0.075, 0.08 and some 0.085, just hold tight for the next round to push to Sgd. 0.10 and getting more share to accumulate, while as I said <Sgd. 0.10 is very worth investing!

Remember: PROFIT is one issue and paying TAX is another issue. Financial report is one issue, while capital market corporate action is another issue ! These 4 issues, we must check deeply if there were any contradictary each other, before investing !

Watch out for VibroPower. A small company with consistently good performance, giving out dividends on a consistent basis. At a net asset value of 0.69 per share and priced at 0.06 now, it is definitely a good target for long-term investment.
