NAV is the main indicator as stock picking from now on ! I 'll only buy stocks with market prices <50% their NAV and strong financial fundamental also sound management .

Do not blame the S chips particularly LIHENG stock. It is our SGX illiquid and foreign stocks strong biased especially China related stocks to be blamed.

| I tink recently China a lot of cities pork not enuff to sell to the ppl. So pork meat price rises very high. Since Unifood is into processed pork meat business, with buyers willing to pay higher price means Unifood earn more monies. So today I see it rises past 20 cents already. Should start accumulate more based on assumption if above news of pork meat not enuff to go around is true!!!! :P

The pork price in China has been rocking up these days, which seems not reflected in the stock price yet.

Yes, buy in low and sell out high at today buying price Sgd. 0.065 or 0.07 and selling price at >250% next year > Sgd. 0.18 most likely could easily be achieved! CAVEAT EMPTOR.
