Hi hi, AK avoid herbs, as got G6PD blood problem. Neither need to take any tablet, less my high blood stabilizer.
G6PD- Group 6 Proficiency Deficiency, an enzyme in d blood which will heel small cuts quickly. Lack of ds, can't donate blood to others, as haemo will break during storage. Direct transfuse ok, I think. I was only prompted ds problem during my no 8th blood donation, 20 over yrs ago. Father will pass ds blood deficiency to his daughter and daughter will pass it to grandson n soforth. Vice versa for mother having d same blood deficiency, first she will pass it to her son. It alergy to sulphur.

gold is THE only true stored value of money..
if u compared $100 of cash vs $100 of gold from the time u were born..
guess which one had appreciated substantially in value up to today's date..
Soros lays out his latest views on currency and the economy from Davos.
On the dollar:
"There is no alternative to the dollar, the euro has its own problems. And of course for the sterling, the United Kingdom is in worse shape than the U.S.."
"The renminbi, which of course is undervalued, is not open for people to buy."
"Thus there is a general aversion to currencies and a flight into real assets such as commodities."
On China:
"You said that when you see bubbles, that makes you buy, does that mean you're active in the Chinese market?"
"Well, I have been active in the Chinese market. Right now the Chinese market is overheating and they have to slow it down. It remains to be seen how successful they are."
If talking about 'value of the money', this is a good sign isn't it? DJ reacted to the increase in money value. In this case, if i were to sign a profitable business deal say 20 years ago, the value of money now would be like triple or more . But, it always comes with inflation when money supply is over the limit and the value of money is back to the square one. Presently, the value of money DROP and not increase, and inflation is coming and it is the hardest we are going to face. i.e
20 yrs ago - $1 of rice share by 4 people
now, $2 of rice for only one person

I am no economist. I just like to look at facts. For those forummers borned in 1040s and 50s, can you remember how many people u can feed when you earn $100/month? I know u can feed about 7-8 people and still save a little at the end of month without getting in debt. For those earning $3000/month now, how many can you feed and how much can you save without getting into debt every month? Compare this with the Dow data above and you know that paper money is losing its value at a very fast pace. Our lives are not getting better, but poorer every decade compared to our forefathers. This coming correction is not a "calamity" like what Chris 168 said. The monetary system has gotten too far ahead of itself and sooner or later will enter into self-correction and re-balance, like it has already.

Victorf also posted something like "sell each time stock rebounds"...... Everyone sell on rebounce , the STI will trend lower and lower. If i still have stocks at hand, i would probably sell when there is a super strong rebound.

Do not believe in tipster or whoever says will support this counter and that counter and creating a false hope to people there is a rally this week (i am sure you know what i mean!) . At the end of it, they sell when time is not right (or they already known way in advance this is going to happen , but one doesnt dont know) and who is the one to feel sorry? Unless one has super strong financial baking that one is able to hold the counters or end up, one sells cheap when fear factor crippling over one's mind and who is the winner ultimately?
The Sell call infact, was early last week. Though people brush it off as MTF talkking craps, but, sometime, analysts' call was not without reason and one has to read from different sources if TA is not your cup of tea. :)

If the 3rd casino become reality, then, government must build more Mental hospitals for people to check in easily. This create job opportunitites as well since there are so many PRs training as nurses and get paid during their training sessions and guarantee a job after that.
I am so damn worried of these China PRs invovling in the medical field because, most of them, still cant read and write english and i am wondering, how on earth are they going to cope with the training in ENGLISH! Someone i know taking nursing course under one health care group and she told me a lot of trainees are from CHINA and they dont understand english well...........

Don't laugh. It will happen. In about 6-7 years, you most likely will hear announcement that we will be having at least one more on our shores. Why stop at 2 when there is money to be made? Once our Government lock casino in as one of its revenue generators, do you think they will give it up? Only way they will do so is if it threatens Singapore overall security or economy. But knowing our government, they will try to close all loop holes and make sure the money keeps rolling in. Think traffic congestion problem and see how it has become a great revenue generator for them (COE, petrol tax, import tax, road tax, ERP, any more?). The "wonderful" thing about our govt is if you give them a problem to solve, they will almost always turn it into a money churner for them. Think water, hospital congestion (means testing to reduce their health care obligations to middle income wage earners), etc. Ok, look at the way they try to reduce traffic in Sentosa by charging left right centre. What they should do is have buses picking up commuters every 10-15 minutes from a carpark or bus interchange built around the Harbour front (huge carpark like what you see in Disneyland or Universal USA) to bring them into the various Sentosa attractions. They should probably ban cars from entering unless they are residents.
