i doubt it will be badly affected this time... yanlord will be as i have mentioned Ying Li is not dealing only in residential they are doing commercial. n i think their are project base.

This counter's share price was flat for long time and now keep dropping...  If any good news come in during the AGM and the release of 1Q finance report, the share price may bound back rapidly...

I remember, it came up from 0.415 low when China announced tightening of the bank loan in Feb. Will history repeat itself here????? Hope not and once the dust is settle, it shall "Cheong" to its past glorious price above 90cents.

Chongqing is a rural area yet to be explored and where can we see property bubble happening so fast?

The worrying ones are Shanghai 's propertpy price (150% increased from 2003 till now), Tianjing and prerhaps, Beijing.......

I wld think it  depends on where and when, does the real estate company invest in the development of land in and, in  which area of china that matters.

I have given warning. Ausgroup now trades at 635 640. Stubborness gets you no where. The stock has lost momentum and will move towards the bottom of the down channel ... see you at 52 cts.
