Sell HIGH, Buy LOW; this is aftersight.  HIGH and LOW is a relative thing and you will know only the day after yesterday.  You should have said this yesterday.  hehehe  SmileySmiley

Yummy is right...

Never sell at the bottom...

Always sell at the rallies,

ie. sell high, before the fall... Smiley

i agree they need to make sure they dun become the second USA so because this tightening steps being taken it is much more attractive to trade with china property. If no tightening steps taken should avoid at all cost...I see this as a good sign. at least a sub prime crash has been reduced.

niuyear      ( Date: 28-Apr-2010 15:19) Posted:

For long-term vision, I think the changes in the property policy by China garment is timely and a healthy one.   Chinese economy has become important to global economy as that of US.   So, short-term correction in property prices is better than a long-term crisis like that of subprime . 'IF" a crash in chinese market becomes reality, we may have to take more than years to recover and following scenario may occur in singapore :

Property agents becomes construction workers (no one wants to buy property) to tear down the half-built condo or hdb flats or their commisions will be revoked.

Construction workers become road sweepers for all bangldeshi workers got sent home

Housewives become maids

Hahahah!

Also looking at Elec & Eltek with interest...seems to be a good stock to keep

How can they be not profitable?

Today is Tuesday on a weekday, at 3pm all jackport machine full hsg & tables are mostly filled up except those which are reserve for emergency.

MSB opening no effect, I only worry whether MBS got customer or not.

Eddyson      ( Date: 27-Apr-2010 18:42) Posted:

During the AGM, someone question the profitablilty of Genting SP & even ask whether Genting SP can breakeven .

The management says that they cannot review the 1st Q revenue as they are orblicated to SGX, but assured that Genting SP is more then breakeven in the 1st Q.

The 1st Q result is 13th May.

Laulan      ( Date: 27-Apr-2010 16:21) Posted:

That means good news, at least when management said this, next year round they should make themselves proud, else how to eat own words? Hahaha.

tanh21 haha i am not bothered because i know my companies. after all if the fundamental is good why worry. Ying Li fell so much the last time. but still managed to get back on her feet. beside let me stressed Ying Li is dealing MAINLY in office n retail. they i think only have one project of high end property residential. so not affected much. So fear value greed u must wait a little while longer for ur 10cent..
