above is an example of a put warrant denoted by "PW"
"100729" is the expiry
BNP is the issuing bank for the warrant..the one who sets the price and manipulates it so that they
can make money out of the retailers.. anyway..back to ur qn..
PW is a derivative (READ HIGH ADRENALIN GAMBLING) where if u are bearish of in thie case STI index u can buy the put warrant and if STI plunges to the depths of hell..ur put warrant becomes a blue chip like uob or dbs $20... of cors if sti chiong to 10,000 like dow then u lose $$$$$$$$ big time..
suggest don't touch if ya 1st time playing ...

Should they be very confident of a resolution pass.. (any drop below should be a buying opportunity for them, why no takeover deal) .. Usually got bargain, management first to mop up the meat, leaving scraps for retail investor...
I didnt do any homework on this counter, just looking at the thread and think... Seem like a sure deal, what are the risk can any sifu advise.. |

I think the market has more or less reach the end of the Bear run. The really bad news are already out and the governments are doing what are necessary to prevent future similar problems. The market reaction now is mainly due to fear. Any rumors, whether its real or not will cause a drop. The market will eventually realize that the crisis has ease and start buying in again. If there is no surprises, I think we'll see a Bull pretty soon, maybe next week.
