I feel it is worth accumulating this stock right now as it is still undervalued. Looking at the cash flow and income statement of breadtalk, you can see that it has steadily growth of revenue, earnings and cash flow. The cash flow growth over 5 year is more than 10%.
Using the Discounted Cash flow model, i calculated for a conservative growth of 5% cash flow per year, the estimated intrinsic value of Breadtalk is about $1.52

I see one business opportunity here.
Setup a Singapore firm, to become an importer and exporter to act as a middle-man for the 2 countries.

Look at today's SSE performance, very good, 1.7% up.
Refer to recent many china finace news, china stock maybe enter another round bull market.
Most of S-chips trade under NAV, PE also around 5 or 6, it is very low.
compare with hongkong and SSE counterparts, it has huge room to be up.
personally think it is time to buy S-chips.

Only selective counters are available, so in some extent, a sense of manipulation trading mechanism could not be ruled out! Almost all the facility given in SGX is more or less biased towards blue chips, I suppose. It seems not really fair evenly to all the SGX listed counters, especially small cap, penny stocks and illiquid counters. Hence, I should say unhealthy SGX trading transaction mechanism has been carried out so far, I am afraid!
