It did not need to increase the price too much.

The chart pattern
Current is bad omen for fundamentalist.

8 cents is the support level But 6cents surely can buy.

x 0 		Hello based on 7million carat at us345 dollars sales worth imply it is a 3b sales.

Assuming 15% net margin then we are talking abojt 450million profit which is currently the market cap of innopac.

If u include inflation n discount to get NPV
the net worth of stockstill around 20cents.

The only holy grail that will make innopac jump isthe future raw diamond price.

Assuming 50% upside from now which is possible base on reduced mining for diamond then huat ah.

But aa far as TA is concerned clearly looks like it is going to shoot up rather than down

4. Slow momentum is good . Means another wave will be coming and direction moving up rather than down.

5. But price will be diluted. Hence previous dream target price may hv to settle for 15 cents unless contract does a dramatically ramp up.

Seems innopac have purchase in open market 28% of merlin shares

28June is when offer lapse, base on straight line projection, it appears that they will achieve their target in another two months.

  Legend international holdings holds 44% as of last year but announce in mar13 they sold 19.9% of merlin shares to agreed parties, I believe this is sold to Innopac.

 

Hence the deal is considered already done, part still confused over the spider web of Joseph Gutnick holdings in both merlin and innopac

 

Just got a feeling this shrewd business will never let merlin falls outside his control after it become innopac business.

otherwise we are screwed

Clearly steady dividends play a big part.

But seldom anyone notice even those employees who aRe given options such as starhub : think 1dolar plus as employee stock option years back.

Now triple up.

It could be sell on news effect or the aussino effect on all mynamar counters. We will see today but price go tick a bit up.

Btw i must correct : every new contract of 1million increase 0.1-0.2 cents of mr N.
