You don't have to convert the warrant to new shares.

Why don't you just sell the warrant????????

6,084,420,995. warrant  yet to be converted to new shares......EPS Super dilute...with current businesses no meat already. If new incomer keep buying up ...warrant holders with Off load to new comers... and laughing all the way to the bank.. :)

But incomers willing to pay for it. Until the last man holding and buy really high....plunge.... last man standing case ?.

  6,084,420,995..............no wonder...pay just 0.005 can sell off at 0.015 instantly because  ready willing buyers from publicity..Hopefully all  this buyers know the value...and don't just buy because ah cow also buy..:)..over bought case.....will plunge...as EPS reduced further with every hundred of millions warrant convert at 0.005 cent each...and  sell at 5X profits... wow... and more...as new buyers thought ..its highly valuable..willing to pay ...so much higher.... its a  bit risky.. at this moment...when the musical chair music stop...you left holding.  no other implications  but based on current assets, value and company business... does it worth the chase ?

The Board of Directors of mDR Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the issued share capital of the Company has increased from 6,560,991,986 ordinary shares to 6,566,445,318 ordinary shares by way of allotment and issuance of 5,453,332 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 5,453,332 Warrants (W140925) at the exercise price of S$0.005 for each new ordinary share on 2 April 2012.

These new ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, and are expected to be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited with effect from 4 April 2012.

The total outstanding Warrants (W140925) remaining after the aforesaid exercise is 6,084,420,995.

Please use 2.1 million dollars divided by 6,336,023,657 share = 0.00033 cents,  after the exercise of all the warrents (630,042,365)  and employee option (50,919,000) = 0.00016 cents.
