x 0 		I call it "GHOST CIRCLE" is turning round and round, due to mainly almost all the Singapore retail investor guided and educated to be "TRADER ORIENTATION" but not "INVESTOR ORIENTATION".

Anyone vested here who would like to share your views on this counter?

Are there any fundamental problems with the company or is it a PE ratio problem on SGX? Given that it has ride out of the major scandals concerning S-CHIPS few years back, this company do not seem to have any "corruption" within. So what is stopping this counter from moving?
