With Keppel involve in the share, should be able to secure more contract ahead. Moveover the price of oil is move higher over US$100/bar and the unrest in the middle east, Dyna-Mac will sure more north crossing $0.6 in the coming week. Remain vest and good luck |

Dyna-Mac is still consider cheap as it is just $0.08 above the list price of $0.35 With Keppel's offshore and marine unit invested S$87.5 million in a 27.8 percent stake in Dyna-Mac through an equity placement , it should be expecting more contract to be secure. For the 12 months ended May 31, 2010, the group's revenue increased to $218.5 million from $120.9 million, while net profit rose to $25.5 million from $8.1 million in FY2009. With the company strong fundamental , it is worth investing as it should reach the target price of $0.78 in weeks to come. Be vest and good luck |

Dyna-Mac has a global market share of 18-20 per cent, and an 80 per cent share of the market in South-east Asia. For the period of June 1, 2010 to Jan 27, 2011, Dyna-Mac had contracts worth about $138 million in total. The group has also tendered for about 15 projects worth a 'substantial amount'. Singapore Hot Stocks-Dyna-Mac soars on Keppel investment
SINGAPORE, Mar 3 - Shares of offshore oil and gas services firm Dyna-Mac Holdings rose as much as 12 percent on Thursday after Keppel Corp said it had acquired a substantial stake in the firm. At 0149 GMT, shares of Dyna-Mac were 10.7 percent at S$0.415 with over 53.5 million shares changing hands, making it the most actively traded stock by volume. Keppel's offshore and marine unit invested S$87.5 million in a 27.8 percent stake in Dyna-Mac through an equity placement. " With Keppel as a strong partner, Dyna-Mac could possibly get more orders. That's the main attraction for the stock," said a local trader. |
