Subprime crisis has made many investors to become 'Bearish' for the rest of their live.

Ironically, to them, any Rally is a 'TRAP',  any sell down , they  rejoice .  BUT, they are anticipating  to have a bright and better life and stay employed and be able to enjoy good life and leave the subprime far beind them.

That 9 months rally was just a full blown bear trap if your eyes looks at a seven year horizon.

When dust settled, it will be crystal clear, just dun invest with leverage cos it will be a suicide mission.

Good luck and heng heng.

EU to Set Up Fund to Prevent Spread of Greek Crisis (Update2)

By James G. Neuger and Gregory Viscusi

May 8 (Bloomberg) -- European leaders agreed to set up an emergency fund to halt the spread of Greece’s fiscal woes, seeking to prevent a sovereign debt crisis from shattering confidence in the 11-year-old euro.

....When the markets re-open Monday, we will have in place a mechanism to defend the euro,” French President Nicolas Sarkozy said. “If you don’t think that’s significant, you haven’t been to many EU summits.......

Many forumers and newsman and analysts actually wasted their lives struggling to be one.  Their capability should ensure them a place in many high institutions and governments.  Actually alot of talents go wasted, that is why the world is always having problems, politics and economics.  Most of them have ministerial capabilities. And Singapore is always crying out for talents from foreign lands to fill our needs.  Is there anyone who disagree with my views?  You are welcome to give your piece,  Cheers.

Why China sports doesnt want to delist from SGX?  Its China counterparts can do so much better after delisting from SGX.

"""In 2007, Want Want Holdings, a food and beverage group which makes the popular rice crackers, delisted from the SGX and relisted in Hong Kong in search of better valuations. It is now trading with a PE of about 26.7 times there, compared with 10 to 15 times in Singapore."""

The high property price doesnt signal a definite bubble in property.

The probable concern is :  How these chinese people (if paying by instalment) going to pay their instalments?  They probably have to work for their life to pay for a property that is left only 60 yrs or less than that  becos when they took over  the pty, it has 4 of 5 yrs discount from 60 yrs.   Unless their government up the lease till 99 yrs like singapore.

When buying property in overseas, must be extra careful.
