Thank you, Future for the reply.

According to report Ms Saw Phaik Hwas bought on 10Dec 2012 but her secretary filed only on 18 Dec as Ms Saw was out of Simgapore from 11-14Dec 2012

Good sign Ms Saw Phaik Hwa still buying ..she bought on 10Dec 2012 though small amount 12000@$1.088 of Auric Pacific shares..she already owns 235000 of auric shares..since joining Auric Pacific on 1 May 2012 ..what is SMRT loss is Auric gains ...she bought means price should continue on uptrend-she respomsible for all the retail shops and rental revenue when she was at SMRT..also she did well at Duty free shopping...

SINGAPORE - CIMB Research raised its target price on property developer Ho Bee Investment Ltd to S$2.21 from S$1.93 and kept its 'outperform' rating, citing a possible upward revaluation of its assets.

Ho Bee shares were up 1.1 per cent at S$1.885, and have jumped 83.9 per cent since the start of the year, compared with a 36.6 per cent rise in the FTSE ST Financial index.

Ho Bee is trading at a 30 per cent discount to its book value, but CIMB noted that " the discount gap is attractive as its book value is set to rise next year," when its commercial property, the Metropolis is revalued.

" Demand for investment assets and quality office properties with large floor plates places Metropolis in good stead for a potential divestment in 2013," said CIMB.

From what I understand Simon Cheong of SC Global attempts to own properties at a cheap price through this privatisation at a very low  price offer far  below its RNAV.  According to analyst (and Wheelock is aware) that one cannot buy properties (not forgetting SC Global own quite a number of landbanks) at such cheap price in the open market at this offer price of $1.80.  So on the surface, the offer price appears to be 40 % above the last month's traded price of $1.20.
