There is a saying "beat dog also must look at master"...Tiger is owned by SIA and Temasek...they wont let it die or open low..

so IMO, this IPO is still worth while to apply!

x 0 		BTW, my broker told me he thinks Yingli highly likely to find its bottom at 62 cts & rebound to 67-67.5 cts max in the immediate short-term, hmm, I shall see whether is he right or worng on his this trading buy call or not??

btw, got many brokerages give Yingli a price target of $1plus to $1.20plus, an almost 100% upside from current 62 cts

Holding 7 lots only but money tied up for so long, should have sold off on the 1st day. Sometimes IPO hard to say, when rumoured it's good, it turns out lousy, but some heard no good, turns up so good. It depends on luck sometimes. Smiley

looking at the financials, i went to chase after it on the first day for speculation. now kenna stuck but i think it should rebound soon maybe at around first 2 mths of 2010. seems like one the bad IPO for the year. my target is around $0.27 - $0.30 hopefully.

you talk nonsense lah! Smiley those ipo applicants that got alloted from the past most recent ipos in tis past few months if they stag on 1st day, they all won early christmas ang paos, hehe.

btw, the 2 most recent ipos capmall asia  and Q & M also got some forumners post to say sure lose money on 1st day for those successful applicants. Look at both of them now, both gave good early angpows to the successful applicants

 I did observed for the past most recent ipos.

ALL 10 recent ipos on their 1st day did open above their ipo price for a stag, including the catalist ipos. too.

what 99% of ipo applicants interested is the 1st day performance, I'm not concerned about it's share price after a few days or after a few months becos oredi stagged off for the 1st day.

U see even ipos like mary chia, passion, although they now below water but during their 1st day trading debut, they ALL traded higher than their ipos prices.

u don't anyknow say lah!

Fat hopes for Singapore IPOs stags.  I looked around for 10 IPOs and not a single one of them is above the IPO price.  There may be one or two by these are exceptions.

Keep away from IPOs, because they normally outsmart the public by giving high PERs which later become unrealistic.  Furthermore many people who have "quanxi" (relationship) get cheaper price before it go to IPO status.  The people who gets cheap will sell the shares when the market opens and the price will drop. 

I hope many people have learned the lessons.  Have you?

i think tis ipo sure open above it's ipo price of 26 cents,only question open higher by how much  wat is it's 1st day likely trading price range

Can someone share his views on this ipcoming ipo?

My broker say can offer placement shares for tis ipo.

He said indicative ipo price is 23-26 cts

BTW, he said this ipo only have placement, meaning the public can't apply it through ATM
