Agreed. Very well said. Amateur has alot to learn from this sifu (lau cheow)

One cannot keep on avergeing up untill the cows come home. This can take possibly

3yrs, 5yrs, 10yrs, 15 yrs. My past experience which I have bought Bandar Raya (clob)

for S$8.60 per share. It drop to abt 40-50 cts. per share, more or less write off.

I kept it for 15 yrs until it reach $8.80 per share.

The only reason why people buy more an dmore as it falls lower

and lower is that they are not propared to lose money.

In other words, when they play stocks, they always want to make money

and not lose money, which is the hardest thing in the world for them to do.

When they lose money, they will be " mm kam guan" (angry), and buy more.

On the other hand, the greatest sifus who play stocks are always prepared

to lose money. In doing so, they usually lose a bit of money, but not much... Smiley

Nothing is impossible. It started off with 30 to 40 cts. plus. when listed.

At that point of time nobody is interested at all.

Rain drops keep falling on my head lor. No more shouting

" chiong chiong ah" All the unfavourable media reports does

not warrant the price to move up but down. The casinos r built

for tourists and foreigners to gamble. Now the fact is out. More

and more singaporean are gambling in the casinos losing their very

hard earned wages. Anybody has the statistics of singaporeans gambling

at the casinos per month?

In this modern age, we are still talking about connections in a public

listed co. holding managerial positions. These are shareholders' money.

If it's a family business, acceptable but not otherwise. Understand that

if you are a high ranking govt.officer, your siblings and relatives expect

you to give them jobs through your connections.

Cai Chang Jing was involved in the TDR listing as GM of Jinjiang Lianjie in the 2010 Oct news below.

However, his name was not included in the announcement of 2010 & 2011 - Report Of Persons Occupying Managerial Positions Who Are Related To A Director CEO Or Substantial Shareholder. Only the chairman's brothers Cai Jin Sheng, 42, Cai Jin Ding, 36 and Cai Chang Shi, 39, were reported in 2011. A cousin, Mr Cai Bing Huang, was Sales & Marketing Manager of the Jinjiang Lianjie in 2010 but became the General Manager of Jinjiang Lianjie since 2 August 2010. Could Cai Chang Jing and Cai Bing Huang be referring to the same person? Otherwise, there were 2 GM in 2010 Oct.

连捷纺织台湾二次上市（ 2010-10-14）

继 2008年在新加坡上市，募集 5592万新元之后，晋江连捷纺织印染实业有限公司 (下称连捷纺织 )全资控股母公司中国泰山科技集团控股 (下称泰山科技 )于 6日在台湾证交所 TDR(即存托凭证 )挂牌上市，成功募资超过 15.18亿新台币 (约人民币 3.2亿元 ).连捷纺织总经理蔡长敬表示，此举对连捷纺织来说是战略最优选择，融资则将侧重用于大陆市场的营运 .

　　政策优惠推动二次上市成功

　　据蔡长敬介绍，公司早在 8月 5日就向台湾证券监管部门申请发行 1.25亿单位 TDR，原本预计每单位定价 10元，但通过 TDR上市案后，办理上市前公开承销的每单位申购价高达 12.15元 .据此，泰山科技发行 TDR以每股新台币 12.15元上市 .

　　 " 政策上的优惠和便利给这次赴台上市创造了良好条件 ." 蔡长敬表示，今年 9月扬子江船业赴台成功发行 TDR就是他们的借鉴 .据公开资料显示，按目前两岸的金融法规，大陆和台湾两岸本地注册的公司，仍无法到对方的证券交易所进行首次公开发售 (IPO)或发行 TDR.泰山科技则与扬子江船业一样在新加坡上市，因而避开了这个两岸金融法规限制，亦无须中国证监会批准到台湾发行 TDR.

　　另外，台湾也在积极引进外地企业到台集资，大幅放宽了企业 TDR上市条件，以充实台湾股市的产业链，令各个行业板块更加完整，落实台湾开放资本市场的既定政策 .而这也是企业选择赴台二次上市的重要推手 .

　　未来将转战大陆市场

　　 " 台湾股市较新加坡股市更为活跃，有助改善公司股价的估值，以及提高其流动性 ." 蔡长敬表示，企业赴台上市，既可在技术研发上作交流合作，亦可提升知名度，借以拓展台湾市场 .

　　同时，蔡长敬透露，赴台二次上市也是公司战略上转战大陆市场的最优选择 ." 随着海峡两岸关系转趋紧密，作为根植福建的企业，更可以利用地缘优势深耕台湾市场，进而大幅转战大陆市场 ."

　　泰山科技总裁，同时也是晋江市台资企业协会会长的林文章则表示，此次在台湾发行 TDR，更是希望与台湾的投资者共享他在大陆创业的成功 .相信 ECFA生效后，台湾与大陆未来的关系会更加密切，因此希望通过此举拓展台湾及大陆市场 .操盘泰山科技此番挂牌上市的宝来证券方面人士则认为，泰山科技是泉州晋江第一家到台发行 TDR的台资背景企业，可望让台湾投资人分享大陆内需通路的高速成长，并参与一流中国大陆品牌的巨大动能，同时也带给台湾资本市场全新的概念 .

　　在资金分配上，蔡长敬表示， 2008年在新加坡上市之后的大部分融资用于购买新设备，而此次在台湾二次上市的融资则将用于大陆市场的营运 .

　　专家 :

　　二次上市台湾是个好选择

　　 " 台湾市盈率高，且规范，是个不错的市场 ." 恒润财务咨询有限公司董事长倪忠森表示，但目前台湾比较适合二次上市， " 像连捷纺织在新加坡已经上市过了再进入台湾，在手续和审核上会比较容易，只需要在语言上做下翻译基本就没什么问题了 ."

　　同时，倪忠森指出，直接在台湾上市的要求高，操作成本也更高，目前台湾对于大陆企业赴台上市依旧很慎重 .他建议，晋江企业上市还是可以选择一些主流市场 .

　　厦门大学中国资本市场研究中心主任屈文洲则建议晋企境内上市为最优选择 ." 我们国内的企业，尤其是中小企业，市场、原材料、员工等等都在国内，境内上市是最优，境外上市是次优选择 ." 屈文洲表示，在境内上市对于企业的品牌影响更为有效，在融资成本和增发价格上都优于境外 .

The refund has been effected.

When u applied, the ipo price is $1.18.

Now it is $1.113 per share . Try to tally the nos. again

Very good strategy with flexible change of direction when

the needs arise, e.g. go long or short, even buy at a higher

price hoping it will go higher.
