China Minzhong Food Corp

JP Morgan and Chase has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of the company, which IPO'ed on April 15. Its stake has been pared from 7.21 % To 3.43 % based on this afternoon's disclosure on MASNet. JPMorgan was the sole global coordinator and bookrunner for the IPO. Cornerstone investors are Prudential Asset Mgmt (4.7%) and Fidelity Investment (1.2%).

iPunter, you are right, it boils down to, "the newbie dont know how to do it , or where to start".

It is worth while to pay to learn if self-learning is not the choice.

if in the first place, they don't know how to do it, or where to start...

Thus, in reality, to be able to play stocks well, trading education is a must.

But many do not see any need for such education

but simply think trading is only a matter of getting stock tips from others ... Smiley

Srangely, US consumer's spending confidence has picked up, but, in a short break of one week, this kind of confidence can drop ? hahahah!

Is it only one person like the superstar snatched up at one go, 10 pieces of the leather LV bags and the figure reporeted as 'confidence up'.

Nest, comes the BP oil spill clean up. US is confident that it will clear up, and next day, no more confidence. LOL!!

I read that market downtrend still intact, unless STI is able to break 2750 convincingly. Else, it will stay mostly within 2550 - 2700 trading range thru'out the boring Jun-Jul provided there isn't any more new surprises. 2600-2650 is an important range/support to watch.

Importantly, pls listen to Mr market, he's alway right.

No one has ever questioned those brokerage houses' analysts' sell or buy recommendations. Whether they are right or wrong, they still get paid.

But, in this forum, if one posts a message to BUY or SELL, one must be prepared to answer his/her recommendations to the forum.

Not get paid, but, must be scrutinised.

Which stock is not """Retailed""". Without retailers, who is to move the stock market. Its thankful at this juncture, there is still one 'high volume' stock available and tradable to those trading for living.

Ironically, both sides of chart always has a 'determining factor' i.e. Human beings.

eg. one crazy fellow suddently sells millions of lots and the stock chart immediately turns ugly.

the price cld shoot beyond $1.30 , as laulan said, we dont know high high is the high!

the only thing is : if those want to punt up and down every day, has to do hourly chart diligently. Unless, one is the Main Mover of this counter and no chart is requred......lol!
