Understand that this system is programmed trading, which is very popular in US.At certain buy price,the program would trigger buy. Likewise, at certain sell price, the program would trigger sell.It can also have a stop loss system. In other word, no human emotions are involved. You dont have to watch the share price daily. Just key in the system in the night and then go to sleep.The job of buying and selling and stop loss are all done by the computer. This is my understanding. Please correct me if I am wrong. |

As indicated 1Q08 sales down 10% DUE TO CHINA SNOWSTORMS. As for margins expected to have come under further pressure on back of rising pork and flour prices, likewise the selling price of products will be adjusted. Nobody is going to run a bussiness at a loss.Just like any other commodities,e.g. fuel,rice,coffee flour,etc when prices goes up, it will be adjusted upward. When prices go down, it will be slowly slowly adjusted, hopefully downward. Cheers and good luck. Caveat Emptor |
