Property price continute to go down? The new condo prices are increasing and damn hard to get at the good old price say around $700 psf, (99 lease ) , now those near mrt are priced at $1100-1200 eg. Dakota.

how to manipulate the share price and possible in this way -

BBs can set up buy price at 1.18, but keep on selling 1.19, when retailers buying 1.19,they on the other hand, keep on selling 1.18...... sound logical?

The best ones are the one that are near mrt stations and Circle lines.

Taking buses will be becoming a HAzzle in time to come. Imagine, those who dont stay close to mrt or circle lines, they will have to keep on changing bus becos future bus routes are 'short and sweet'.. Perhpas, more double decker buses will be needed to ply short distance routes.

i wont wanna own this share now since the Keppel Corp holders liquited their 'FREE' K-Green shares!

The sell down is so vigrious and it goes to show that KC holders not interested to hold this share as yet.

may be can call up their HR dept.

I heard they offer very attractive bonus ie few mths kind.

The accumulation been quite a whhile and for so long at $1.1x and still hasnt broken thru $1.20.... very slow.

I think selling need not be restricted if you have any amount of shares to sell, but simply selling a counter short because you have some much money that no average Joe has ability to defend the price, is very damaging to the health of the company as regards its capitalization, and erodes the true value of a stock. I agree this "ideal" is never easy to put into a system.
