  MY DIARY PENNY STOCKS

Hancore is my second penny stock. Entry px 4 cts, Target px   hold til 5.5 cents. 

First one is SUNMOON. Target px 2.5 cents.

I believe that if you are into metal, selling gold in exchange for silver is a better move than just buying gold.

Fundamentally, gold price might be stable for a couple of years (from watching the movements - no research done), but its potential to spike might be abit stale already, unless there are major chaos happening that might ruin the world economy.  

Oil price will be the one to watch as it should be firm or higher, but in tandem with the better and improving  economies , stock price will also  rise for some time to come.

Sorry for forgetting to put the thousand dollars after the figures in my earlier posting.

Here are the highlights of the profits extracted from the 3Q11 reports.

Third Quarter Financial Statements Announcement   for the Period Ended 30-September-2011

Profit/(Loss) for the period :-

The Group's net profit for 3Q11 was $1.40 million which included the impairment written back on assets subject to bank guarantees amounting to $2.1 million compared to profit of $0.35 million for 3Q10. The cumulative profit for YTD11 was $1.73 million, compared to cumulative loss of $0.29 million for YTD10.

EBITDA
The Group's EBITDA for 3Q11 was $2.65 million which included the impairment written back mentioned above in Paragraph 8(4), compared to $1.26 million for 3Q10. The Group's EBITDA for YTD11 was $4.87 million compared to $2.32 million for YTD10.

You're right.  PSC Corp reported profits annually and if you see the last report you find that their assets are growing yearly.  In addition the NTA has grown from 45 cents per share to 50 cents per share the last report.

There was a default by some company  bond issuer that PSC Corp lend (issued with the bond) to, but they now agreed to accept the delay of redemption. So hopefully, this will materialize and no loss to the company.  If things are cleared up, the share can go back to 40 or 50 cents.

As a newbie I am quite puzzle when I read many company reports.  My question is will PSC Corp give  you back even 35 cents if say they closes down and worse  that the loan they gave could not be recovered?  The company has been reporting increasing net assets per share annually, but the share price is dismal or dismaying. 

A couple of other counters I read about are most under performing in share prices despite yearly profits. Why har?

Take some courses, learn how to make money from the market.  To answer your question, yes it could go even higher, but takes time and the company must show ever increasing sales/revenues and profits. Be patient

Take some courses, learn how to make money from the market.  To answer your question, yes it could go even higher, but takes time and the company must show ever increasing sales/revenues and profits. Be patient.

The company is improving.  Its products such as dry garlic are in great demand, its fuji apples very sellable.  In fact at first I did not know I was buying Sunmoon's China Fuji apples at Giant's until someone told me. The China Fuji apples are so sweet and juicy, and do not cost much.  Garlic is also my daily food ingredients.

We should invest and not speculate, meaning we should accord a right value to a share and put money in it with a time to exit with the returns.  But so many times, the market players will play the share prices up or down in anticipation of the future of the company based on small streams of news here or there. By doing so, they usually put wrong perspectives on the performance of the company, such as overly discounting a share worth or providing too much premium for it. This therefore distort a person's views of the investment he puts in.  But it gives opportunity for people who bets, so it is a very difficult to say which is good and which is bad. Lol..

Natural for a casino to be in investors' favour.  That is why not everyone can get a licence to operate.  It is a money spinning business. (Casino have high house advantages in bets). So investing in a casino is like investing in a bank.

So it is forgiveable for people to aim high with Genting shares going up and up.
