One lot selling or buying can lift up or drag down the price. This tactic can only be played by the remisiers or the stock brokers. I have seen this many times mostly when they are pushing the stock down, so be careful.

bloomberg posted increase of oil. cause of middle east like 20 mins ago no wonder all of a sudden buy up.bb depress price till now. morning collect. damn smart hor no wonder bb....small hum chee fish like me no wonder always no make

But it's also possible day traders who picked up this morning may throw down later today. Whatever, 0.645/0.65 is good price to accumulate.
