Like it or not. Both I.R are the key project to make the island economy out from trough. Of course, now we're gradually resilient. Don't think Genting is over value. Just see what will happen in the next 3 months. End Sept 09 - S$1.18 ~S$1. 20

Datapulse is paying dividend of 0.015 cent per share. The yield is 8% and is cash rich.It appear that not much investors are interested in this counter.Would appreciate friendly discussion. Cheers.

It depend on how you look at it.Some look at it and say the glass is half filled,

other think that it is half full..One analyst even say that it will go up to $4?????

.One forumer TP $1.6 to $2. but the target date is Feb 2010.Anyway let wait

According to Shares Investment, the NAV is $0.2841 for Genting SP.

Calling right issue for three times, just wondering when will be the next call again.

The co. is losing money all these years.Analysts are plucking nos. in the air to

predict future earning,e.g.visitors,gamblers to the IR.There are two IR to compete

against each other.This is not a call but friendly discussion. Welcome comments.

Shouting TP is very easy but does it materialised..Anybody can just pluck any numbers

i think it is the stock option he purchased from the former MR management;

separate sale and purchase agreements between Spice and the executive directors
of the Company, Mr Koh Boon Hwee, Mr Walter Sousa and Mr Khaw Kheng Joo
(collectively, the "Director Vendors"), pursuant to which Spice will purchase from each
of the Director Vendors the shares that they will receive pursuant to the exercise of
their vested options granted under the Company's 1999 Employees' Share Option
Scheme II (the "Directors Option Shares"), at S$0.30 per Directors Option Share.
Details of the number of Directors Option Shares that each of the Director Vendors
will receive pursuant to the exercise of their vested options are set out as follows:

Mr Koh Boon Hwee 18,061,833
Mr Walter Sousa 14,632,951
Mr Khaw Kheng Joo 19,362,492
The aggregate of 52,057,276 Directors Option Shares represent 4.08% of the fully
diluted share capital of the Company as at the date of this Announcement; and
(c) an agreement between Spice and Venture One, pursuant to which Spice will provide
the opportunity for the employees and certain independent Directors of the Company
holding exercisable vested options (the "Employee Option Holders") to sell to Spice,
such number of ordinary shares of the Company that they will receive pursuant to the
exercise of such options (the "Employee Option Shares"), at S$0.30 per Employee
Option Share, up to an aggregate of 16,942,724 Employee Option Shares,
representing 1.34% of the fully diluted share capital of the Company as at the date of
this Agreement. The Employee Option Holders have the choice whether or not to
exercise their vested options and sell to Spice their Employee Option Shares under
this arrangement (the "Employee Options Arrangement").

When will this happen.By what date will it reach your pricing of 1.60 - 2.00

I must buy as much as possible. But cannot wait a very very long time frame.

Borrow from Bank must pay interest.

Here goes the MFT. It is really very serious to make a call without

facts and figures to substantiate that call. Is it for self gain or for the

benefits of investors.??????????????
