CMA - apply 3lots and money refunded for 1lot.

Check CDP Phone, my application not sucessful.

Trying to get into their webpage,key in cdp a/c or i/c no. to submit,

the reply is that my cdp security a/c or my i/c is incorrect.

 My CDP security a/c or i/c is correct.

Tried many times but still unsucessful

Try calling 65357511and waited for 30 mins, no answer

Very frustrating to deal with CDP

Any forumers have this problems.

des khor, that's the way how businesses are run .Arithmetical calculation u are

correct.Investors subscribe for the IPO, they are buying HOPE. Hoping the price

will go above IPO  price when listed

RWS say that they exepct 30,000 visitors daily.

if all pay full price, that means it's 30,000 x $66 = $1,980,000.00 revenue everyday.

one month = $1,980,000 x 30 day = $59,400,000.00 revenue every month.

one year = $59,400,000.00 x 12 months = $712,800,000.00 every year.

If my dream comes true, guess how much will my share be worth after one year.  zzzZZZZZZ

Share price is very low $0.26 - $0.265.Paying dividend yield of 8%

Collect dividend  for coffee money oso good.

Capital appreciation would be much better for dinner, hahaha

Tat is the reason why the share peice did not go up for

donkey years inspite of many analysts recommending

this counter.You buy into it for dividend ONLY

Future rental may or may not be high, the point is why paid so much more when you could have gotten it much cheaper?  Did the Tender Committe carry out a careful research?  SPH is supposed to be a company specialising in information!

What is the problem? They may have overpaid but they have probably done their calculations that they are still able to make money inspite of the higher prices. Anyway they have only 60% ownership. Moreover the Clementi mall will have good quanlity cliente allowing for higher rentals. Therefore I do not see this affecting their core business and revenue presently.

I am buying into the co. good fundamental.

this year, the total dividend is 2.5 cents, a good payout consider the shares' price is so cheap.

Furthermore, they have gotten the Microsoft OS 7 manufacturing deal so it should keep their earnings churning.
