This is  billion $$$$$$ business investment.Like any other business,

it take many years to recoupe or for that matter, to break even. Running RWS,

the expenses are equally very very high. No doubt about it, they have done the

feasibility study before..What I am trying to say is that it take many many years

before we see the $$$$$$$$$$$

Oh, I remember this fella with his "HUAT AH" all the time.

He and his Zhuge Liang Fund to support the counter which he

bought. His followers also loss $$$. Maybe he is smart enough

to throw the shares to his followers.

Get caught, heavy fines and can even go to jail
