Few weeks ago,

I ask few auntie and uncle, what they think about Genting Stock. Many of these uncle and auntie lost more than RM300k during bull run in early & late 90an

I also ask my younger sister and my girlfriend who don play stock.

Surprisingly, all of them replied me like this.

"Genting sure go up la when it open , especially first day opening. Else Genting no face leh. But must sell on the opening day or few days later lo. After open must sell la, then the price sure drop one, buy again at lower price" 

After hear their comment, I think & think, if I wan to be rich, I cannot think or be part of them. So I sold all my Genting stock bit by bit. I don hold any now.

On a serious note, make your own decision to

speculate in this counter. Must always follow the rule,

cut, cut cut loss at your own comfort margin.

So far, no anouncement regarding why the counter halt.

When it is lifted, the investors have a right to know why

the co call for halt. Genting SP own investors an explanation,

must be immediately after lifting the halt. Genting SP, we want

the reason why you call for halt.

I was reading when everybody bullish on Genting it is time to sell. I was wondering why.

Then 1 analyst put it simply, when everyone bullish, it means most of them are holding Genting share. So there is nobody on the sidelines to purchase Genting share to push it up further. So when nobody on the sidelines want to buy Genting shares, those who bought earlier will start to sell, and it create selling pressure....

Buying is definitley more risky than shorting...

Even for beginners.

Shorting is the best way to make money, but you must short at a chart-determined high point. Smiley

Up or down doesn't matter... because it can go up or down.

The important thing is, if you are shorting, short at a high point..

And if you are buying, always buy at a low point.

Use your charts... and execute your (narrow ) stop losses..

This is the way to win in he long term.

I called up my fren last nite, she working in Genting Highland as dealer.

She told me, Genting Singapore got the license already.

Now in standby mode. Will open for business anytime.

But I not sure if the share price will go up or not. Haha.

Take advantage of the opening ecstactic euphoria to make some money by shorting at the previous high.

There's minimal risk (fix a 5c cut-loss point). There's no better time to cash in than during such a spike.

After the spike, things may be bad again. The world economy looks in bad shape.

Luckily run and cut loss, resulting in small lost.
