And the most normal way to tap money n cash is to issue right to shareholders on whatever basic, say for example one for two held by existing share holders.
This will caused warrant to fell into weak hands whom may not have a long term interest.
Just wanted to make quick profit for most retail players.

That right, diluted shares in the first place, then there is no one willingly to sell it to them at 0.001 cent, as almost everyone is waiting to sell at 0.002 cents or is there some players willingly to gave up their at 0.001 cent?. 

And forget about this whole thing.

  enlighten me why 3 investors taking up placement at price same as market price? Only because they want it in sizes or there are other reasons?

If they get from the market, which they probably cannot get that sizes they looking for without rocking the share price. But getting in market they're are getting shares at smaller float-higher value, isn't it?

In fact  placement is not required, the 3 investors  can just simply buy from the market at 0.1 cents, but the company need cash for the day to day operations, the staff  also need salary to buy rice and milk.    I don't think the company still have money to pay their salary.

Everything will hint on the marketing success on how and what type n kind of clients Danny Tan wanted.

A branded one will of course make Parcel one even a more successful projects, and with the local blending in. all the more successful.

It success will tell a different stories with of course, with international clients support n their marketing strategy.

Board wishes to highlight. It's a condition precedent target grp shall have obtained the planning permission to development Parcel 1 for commercial and industrial use prior to completion and given relatively size, Parcel 1 approximately 295.87 acres, development of Parcel 1 would require a few years to complete.

Confirmed 5 + 2 land parcels

Parcel 1 -  295.9 acres 40% Commercial / 60% Industrial (Freehold)

With the fact that its has seven parcels of  land bank. it parcel one has got  huge  potential.   

Their cost of land may workout to be very cheap. So this may take their profits  margin higher, just by marketing and sell to local meaning their aim is mid and low cost housing and commercial.

For that and to local demand should still be there and well supported. So there  is plenty of room to cater to the upper end clients.

Danny Tan may not only cater to build mainly for the locals, It is very like that they will oso built for, to cater to upper middle class and those worth several millions more, more then one million RM$.

Everything will go into the first stage to make it a big  succeed.

As for placement of share. This is abit out of the norm.  YHM did it.

Only left me who's who are the warrantholders? and I believe they may want  to succeed  what Ezion has  plan for Charisma Energy.

Bearing unforseen circumstance. A new page in Charisma...can only think...huat huat  is  coming.

When it does...We will know  who the winning will be?.

Prices had been traded within tighter range, if anyone noticed.

Will let mkt players on how it  want it to be.

It just my own opinion that mother can hold it fort, ever since Ezion took over control of YHM and the passing of the baton to Charisma Energy, in an opening of a new chapter in oil n gas, plus energy business.

For the share consolidation thingy, the outcome will be a big risk and as its depends on the timing of the whole issue. If they do the whole thing smoothly between Dec 13 to early Feb 14, it should be ok. But if any delay the whole timing end up past Apr then the risk is not worth it anymore. Remember the trading taboo of "Sell in May and come back in Nov"? The thing is with trading for next year will not be good too....end of QE and others. The only hope is for China to start firing again or else....best to stay clear of market and go smell the flowers. Better for health and pocket too.

Thanks bro...my take for Abel. The impact will not be too bad due to the fact that its land bank is huge and they build mainly for the locals, their cost of land is dirt cheap. Just remember that in any form of gambling or investing....there will be ppl out there to create doubts and panics so that they can profit from the "chickens and Ikan ibris". My 2 cts advice....never be food for the BB or sharks out there. Always trade within your means, dont chase after stocks and no contra then stay your ground once vested, the good times is just ahead....Xmas and CNY.

The political scenario had change since somewhat with Nazib in the driver seat, No more Mr 10% and his men to take in another 20%.

Iskandar maybe for those rich players and may not benefit local, except afew M'sia BBs.

This does not look good if it do not benefit local citizen, if there majority of local don get to enjoy the fruits they toll. (M'sia Boleh).

Yup agreed.

The  recent news  on M'sia budget on 6% GST, plus 30% tax and minimum of one RM$ million dollars to buyer may put a dent,  whatever??., over a pc of property to own...is like what S'pore does,  property to be  tame at B4 it bubble out of control and get many would be players and thier own citizens  into deeper financial trouble.

Due to the doubling and tripling in price for some of the properties there, the gov also got no other choice but to introduce measure to prevent their own citizens being priced out of the property there. Our gov also doing the same thing too. We cannot blame anyone for doing what they must to protect their own interest. As whether this is good for stock market ESP for those who have interest in Malaysian property, the answer is a big NO. There will be some knee jerk reactions....but when it comes to a low point, the price will stabilized then it will renounce from there. For what is a low point....your guess is as good as mine. My 2 cents advice....if too hot in kitchen then get out. If u are the strong one then just stay calm and look out for opportunities. Market goes down and up....just go with the flow or just stay still, the choice is your to take. Have a nice Sunday....worry tml.

The recent news about 30% tax n minimum of RM$-1 million roll out  of the press is seem a concern to players vesting in Iskandar and on their related stocks.

Albedo is owning afew plot of  fresh land to be develop n still  in it planning stage, while Rowsley is about to go into final stage of developing and even show case beautiful building and home.

Any folks wish to further elaborate  n post  oneself thot here??.  Thk Qs.

rowsley vs albedo

peter lim(remiser) vs danny tan(developer)

small plot of land (only 1 time profit) vs big and few plots of land(many times profit)

Singaporean supported by sultan (what makes you think they will not swallow the company?) vs Malaysian (better to deal with the authorities)

no layout plan in presentation vs layout and township planning in presentation

just my 2 cents

My uncle who.bought lion at 24.5 last monday...instead of.selling off at 34 with good profit...he.added.more but.when.mas investigation news out...he sold.everythings in friday at a loss..actually I like his style of ave up..if not.mas news..he.might earned more rather.than loss..but to me...non.marginable news is.more impact to me..as I usually use margin acc to trade...but I am.waiting.to bet if price really low...

YHM will have more player's whom maybe interest to hold then to take short term view as 100 more warrant BBs player's will be added into YHM play...with plenty for cash n money  to go for...

Bro, from what I see BBs wanted to break 66 on Friday. But because of the 3 si lang counters which drag down the market, they hold it for the time being. Reason is they need retailers to help push it through. In weak market, less retailers want to take position & that makes it tough to push higher. That's how I see it.
